The kitchen sparkles with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and comes complete with a Keurig to brew your morning cup of coffee and upscale dinnerware. Also on this level is the king master bedroom with slider to the oceanfront deck. High quality audiovisual equipment is provided throughout the home including two multi-zoned audio systems (Bluetooth compatible) with indoor/outdoor speakers individually controlled by room or area. The mid-level is home to three king master bedrooms and a bunk bedroom that shares a bath with an oversized bedroom with a double and a single bed. This oversized bedroom can double as a “youth lounge” with plenty of soft seating and space for the younger members of the group to hang out in style. All bedrooms in the home are furnished with a minimum 32” TV/DVD or BluRay and high quality mattresses and designer bedding. All bathrooms in the home are oversized and feature custom tile work.

The first level has two more king master bedrooms. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
