Home is profesionally cleaned between guest using the electrostatic disinfectant machine (similar method that airlines are using) to sanitize/disinfect the property.

Stay in your private newly remodeled 4B/2BA house with free parking. Including 1 king, 3 double, 3 twin beds and a sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room & high chair. We offer an Smart Roku TV. Home is comfortable for up to 10 people.

Only 20 minutes from San Francisco, in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood. Our comfortable bedrooms, family room, private driveway, and two fully remodeled bathrooms will make you feel at home. Featuring gleaming hardwood floors & granite counters. Cook in our well appointed kitchen, stream Netflix on Roku TV & and breathe a sigh of relief knowing you're home.

Additional sleeping on two comfortable pullout sofa and futon.

Other things to note
There is a separate house with a family that lives in the back of the house. They have a completely separate entrance and will not impact your stay.

Please note, stays that extend beyond 7 nights require 1 additional cleaning per week at the cost of $150 per cleaning. We will schedule the cleaning at your convenience.

You will receive the following instructions for check-out:

Before leaving please:
Leave beds messy so we can see which ones were used.
Put rinsed dishes in dishwasher with one pod of dishwashing detergent and start. Housekeeper will put dishes away.
Turn off heat, all lights, and appliances.
Close all windows, and lock doors.

Take any large items such as suitcases with you. There will be additional charges for excessive trash disposal.
Please check carefully for your personal belongings. We charge $50 handling plus shipping to mail or return any forgotten items & do not mail internationally.

Convenient location and great host interaction, but frankly the house was not in great condition. Very cold, damp, and musty, even with space heaters. A strong mildew-y scent throughout. Lots of off-putting disappointment like stained sheets, broken venetian blinds, broken towel rack, broken bunk bed rail, a bloody handprint on the bathroom door, bare or missing lightbulbs, bedroom and closet doors that don’t fully open because they hit the beds, etc. The kitchen was nice, and the front bedrooms and bath were definitely nicer than those in the rear.

Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Our grandchildren could curl up on the sofas while the grownups gathered around the dining table. It was perfect for our extended family to get together! The only glitch was that we got the wrong info for getting in. But the owner got back to us right away.

Sweet little house that could have slept 10. Needs better pillows and more hand towels, there were no washcloths. Kleenex in the bathrooms would be nice. Neighborhood is quiet.

Convenient place to stay

This house was a wonderful place to stay - and the host was very helpful when we had to extend our stay, we're definitely keeping it on our list for future visits. Plenty of room for us and our kids, and it was very refreshing to stay in a rental that wasn't highly fragranced. Easy access to the main travel routes and nearby grocery stores.

Very nice and clean property

Property is an older house but has been remodeled. Good for a large group needing multiple beds. Very clean and owner responds quickly to your questions.

Rental for Japanese relatives to attend a memorial

House is clean and roomy for 5 relatives. Very convenient to my home and church where memorial service was held. Alma was so helpful answering questions before they arrived and during their stay — much appreciated. Weather was unusually hot and house isn’t insulated well so it was extremely hot inside till all windows were opened to let in night air. Curb appeal would benefit from pulling weeds, adding new plants, flowers, etc.

Luxury this ain’t, but solid nonetheless

Well, there are a few things to mention straight off: no washer or dryer onsite (somehow I missed this on the listing, but assumed a home in the suburbs would have it); the tv remote didn’t work - we downloaded the Roku app and that worked, but it should be replaced; the deadbolt on the front door is glitchy; we had some ants in the kitchen; and there are not any full length mirrors. That being said, texting with Alma was quick and reliable. The beds were plentiful for such a small house. The hot water was hot and you don’t have to wait a while for it to warm up. There are fans in the rooms. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and easily accessible from the freeway, with good shopping nearby. Overall, it served our purposes, just didn’t exceed any expectations.

Host thought of everything!!

This spacious home had so kuch kore than we expected! Extra blankets, towels, kitchen basics, tv/av hookups, even baby toys and a high chair! Really too much to list! The home is also on a quiet block, close to higheay, walking distance to restaurants, trader joes, coffee shops, hiking trails and more, and host was super accomodating and kind! 45 mins to Napa, just 15 to Berkeley-it was perfect for our trip!

Great neighborhood, plenty of bedrooms

The living room is rather small but there were plenty of bedrooms and the house is very comfortable. Check-in was easy and there are lots of places to walk to -- 99 Ranch down the street, Bart station two blocks away, restaurants nearby. Great place for a family.

Comfy home with nice neighborhood

Check-in and check-out process was very simple. Host was very communicative and supportive during the whole stay. Neighborhood is peaceful and close to many nearby stores and attractions. Had a good time settling in and relaxing at the house.

Great location

I lost my Mom and was in town with friends for the Home-going celebration. The process was easy. The location was great. The property management was easy to communicate with. She was kind enough to allow an early check in. I would rent this property again.

To small for more than 4 people

House was smaller sq ft wise very crowded for the number of people they allow. Minimal kitchen things to really cook and serve food. Refrigerator froze most of our foods and liquids. First night go there late and had park two blocks away with a baby and our stuff because the drive way was occupied. Very disappointed at the misleading listing

This is the reason why I use VRBO instead of a hotel. After a day in the city that was leas than stellar heading “home” was nice. With kids in tow cooking breakfast was nice. Everything about the experience makes me look forward to the next time, right away.

Great House and Fantastic Location

This place is a gem! The house was clean, extremely well furnished, and walking distance to a nice brewery and loads of restaurants. It is the perfect place to easily access anywhere in the Bay Area. The neighborhood is quiet and offers plenty of street parking. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Alma!

Great stay!

The house was perfect for our group of 7 with plenty of room. We had everything we needed and the house and neighborhood was very clean, safe, and quiet. Communication with the host was great and she was so helpful and quick to communicate. We would definitely stay here again!

Unsatisfied

This property is NOT worth paying for. Besides the uncleanliness of the bets there was no window screens which let to no privacy. Also property had a very penetrating smoke smell. Overall I was very unsatisfied with property and ruin my family vacation.
