This beautiful, bright home lets in plenty of gorgeous Sunriver light, and is conveniently located close to the Village at Sunriver and the Sunriver Resort Lodge! Two bedrooms plus loft give lots of space for the whole family in this condominium, and air conditioning will keep you cool on those warm summer days.

The living area has a flat screen TV and a wood burning, stone fireplace that creates a great cozy feeling on a Sunriver winter night. The enclosed private patio is great for soaking under the stars in the hot tub or grilling in the summer months.

Downstairs you’ll find a King bedroom, Jack and Jill bathroom, and a queen bedroom. There is also a laundry room on this level.

Head upstairs to the open loft with two queen beds, work station, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Located in the popular Meadow House complex that has wonderful grassy areas for the kids to play; gaze out the panoramic windows at wildlife and pines. Head outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

Family Reunion? Book this home along with our other Meadow House Condos, Meadow House 3, Meadow House 4, Meadow House 5, Meadow House 49, Meadow House 75, and Meadow House 85 to have the whole family close together.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Very pet and family-friendly home, super close to the village, but quiet and great for walks and bike riding. Had a glitch with the hot tub, but they corrected it ASAP and the trip was great!

Very nice unit and amenities. Kitchen was well supplied with necessary items. Four bikes, a hot tub and a BBQ made the stay perfect.

Loved our stay! The space was perfect (even more than we needed), and the hot tub was nice under the stars. It was great to have the dining table on the deck for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We also liked the more modern vibe and updated bathroom. Most importantly, the bed in the master was extremely comfortable, something that really matters to my husband after multiple back surgeries. We will definitely be back!

We were very pleased with our stay in Meadows 6. Communication was excellent, check-in/check-out was seamless, and the house was clean and very comfortable! The bikes were in great condition.

Presidents Day Weekend

We really enjoyed this place! Clean, comfortable and great location. Heavy snow for us. Great to see the plow get the driveway and someone actually hand-shoveled where my truck was parked. We plan to stay here again!

Fun and clean, but…

It was great! Nice clean house in a great location with a short walk to the village and SHARC. My one suggestion to the owner is to switch out pretty much all the lighting from such hot white color temperature light bulbs. Makes the place feel more like a hospital than a home. Change the lightbulbs to a lower color temp.

Great experience with this unit, very well maintained, updated decor (fun faucets!) hot tub in private patio, and excellent location near the Sun River village center and the SHARC. Property management was super accommodating and communicative as well! Will definitely look to stay here again!

Quiet New Years Eve

The house was as described and was well equipped. A great location to the Village and walking paths! A couple of things could have made the stay even better - some blinds in the kitchen window for privacy and actual hand soap in the kitchen.

Exceeded Expectations

Condo was clean, stylish, well-equipped. AC, TV and WiFi worked fine. Great location in the center of Sunriver. Bicycles were good quality and the hot tub was clean. Mgt company was very responsive. All in all a very positive experience, although expensive.

Impromptu Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay at the property. We booked last minute and enjoyed the size and location of the home. The hot tub was extremely clean and a welcome respite. We only used the king size bedroom and the bed was comfy and well acquainted with the adjoining bathroom, which is shared with the hallway. Our only hiccup of the weekend was when a random Sunriver property guy came at 8 something in the morning and was on the deck, freaked me out in my half pj's just woke up state, because there are no blinds on the kitchen window or the hot tub/deck windows, and he was had just opened the gate and was sawing, hammering and fixing the garbage bin area. Once I was dressed enough I went and spoke with him and he was in/out and gone in about an hour. I contacted the rental company and they apologized and offered us lunch on them. So aside from that and maybe the suggestion for window coverings on the kitchen and deck windows it was a great stay. I'd say especially on the kitchen window since it does look straight out to the road, the path, and the parking area. It would have been nice to get coffee in the morning and not feel like I was on display for the people walking by. But that is also a personal preference I know. :-)

Great condo for family of 4

This condo was perfect for our family of four and dog. Great location. Clean and kitchen had everything we needed including a Keurig. Kids enjoyed the hot tub after snowboarding and sledding.

Great property, but bring your own TP

I stayed at the Meadow House Condo in early January-The location was great, about a 10 minute walk to the village. The hot tub was the perfect addition in the cold weather, and the kitchen was very well appointed-better than other vacation rentals. As seems to be popular these days-Bennington does not provide shampoo or conditioner and only 3 rolls of toilet paper in the house (one in each bathroom and one spare), which is incredibly inconvenient if you stay for an extended period or with multiple people--just an easy way for them to save a few dollars. For the price of the home it seems like these products and enough TP for the length of the stay doesn't seem like it would break their bank. At the very least this could have been shared prior to booking. Overall would stay again, just remember to bring your own supplies.
