Family oasis beach retreat in quiet woodlands

Savor the sand between your toes, stunning sunsets, and beautiful beaches of Oak Island while enjoying our spacious, open floor-plan 5 bedroom home. 3 bedrooms are on first floor with 2 full baths, and a large screened-in porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Upstairs is another bedroom, full bath, and cozy loft with 4 built-in bunkbeds and two huge bean bag chairs - the perfect hang-out area for the kids! Sleeps 14 and pet friendly (dogs only).

The house is located on a peaceful, quiet street, just 0.5 miles from the beach with lots of parking at the public beach access. It is a half a block from the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW), with a public pier just 0.2 miles away, and a boat ramp just 0.3 miles away. Minutes from Publix, Food Lion, beach stores, and multiple restaurants (including the famous BBQ House and Scoops ice cream and donut shop, which are within walking distance).

The fully-stocked kitchen includes a Kitchen Aid mixer, large crockpot, electric griddle, waffle maker, lots of serving bowls, all the basic spices, and a coffee maker - making cooking a breeze! Other amenities include a large pantry, charcoal grill in the backyard, TV in every room, washer and dryer, central HVAC, a 2nd refrigerator/freezer, and extra coolers in the garage. Bikes, beach toys, a beach buggy, and cornhole are available for guest use. The outdoor shower is ideal for quick clean-ups after a day at the beach.

All beds have comforters, mattress pads, and pillows. Bed linens are provided in a clean packet on your bed along with a bath towel and washcloth for each guest. Please bring your own beach towels.
