Silver Lake, Waterfront Property sleeps 12

This large spacious home is situated on pristine Silver lake, in Madison NH. The Home features a large deck and dock allowing you to bring your own motor boat to avail of all the water fun opportunities here on the lake. There is kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and fishing, or simply relaxing with a good book and soaking up the nearly magical views of this wonderful lake and its surrounds. We will provide four kayaks for your enjoyment but to be used at your own risk


Its the perfect house for all seasons, each season offering a very unique experience here at the lake.

With the fall , the colors of the changing leaves is nothing short of breathtaking… Winter offers skiing snow boarding, sledding, with ski mobile trails nearby, and ice fishing, Its also close to King Pine a family ski resort located in Madison.

The home is perfectly situated not far from north Conway with tax free shopping restaurants, movie theaters, etc.

This house itself has four levels. As you enter there is the first queen sized bedroom with a fantastic view of the lake and its own deck.Going down a floor you have a queen size bedroom with deck, another bedroom with three beds, (perfect for children) a large bathroom, with both a shower and a jacuzzi tub and a double sink.

Going down another level to the main floor, there is a large kitchen, two separate dining spaces, each seating six people comfortably and a bar that seats 4, there are two separate sitting areas each with there own TV. There is also a half bath on the floor with a HUGE deck, with plenty of outdoor patio furniture a barbecue and tons of space to dine or lounge while absorbing some breathtaking views. The washer/dryer are also situated on this floor.

Going down one more floor to the bottom level. There is a small kitchenette with fridge , (no stove) but a microwave and coffee making are.,There are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a single, and a separate sitting area with a pull out queen size sofa and two more single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower/tub.
