Luxurious, stately home with sweeping mountain views. Gather around the fire place or take a soak in the private hot tub. Expansive wrap-around porch is the perfect place to have morning coffee, take in the mountain views, and maybe see some passing wildlife. The gourmet kitchen also has everything you need for summertime barbecues and holiday dinners. The house is located just 2.5 miles (5 minutes) from the Mountain Village core, the center of skiing in Telluride, which is home to the gondola (takes you into Telluride), the Chondola ski lift, and the Sunshine Express ski lift. The booking comes with a free AWD/4x4 Honda Pilot, with studded snow tires, to use durig your stay. Guests will be responsible for an additional $100 maid fee if the car is used. If the car is not returned with a full tank of fuel, an additional $100 per gallon will be charged to the guest. We respect your privacy, but are always available 24/7 to make your stay perfect.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis for an additional fee.

Excellent Family Vacation

This property was a great hub for all of our adventures in the San Juan mountains. Close to everything in Telluride and Mountain Village, and the surrounding towns. Picturesque surroundings. Comfortable accommodations. Well equipped kitchen. Owners were very responsive and great to deal with.

Amazing Property and Views

Our family of 7 adults and one infant had an amazing time in this home! Navid was super! The home has amazing views and is equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay! My family will be booking with Navid and Susan again! Highly recommend this listing!

Listen, if you're looking for a place to stay in Telluride...look no further. Navid was BEYOND accommodating, helpful and kind in all aspects. There is nothing like having a home away from home and it was very easy to feel at home in this beautiful place. We had our family stay with much room to spare. This home is only a few minutes away from town weather you drive yourself or take the gondola (which seems like a no-brainer!) Many things to see and do, I wish we had stayed longer to get it all under our belts. I have nothing but positive things to say about this house and its owners. The owners suite will be something you fight over if you bring other adults, one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Overall, a great stay and would go back agin.

Nice Relaxing Vacation!

This property very nice for our family vacation! It was in a perfect location for views as well as access to local spots to visit and shop. The owner was accessible and had the home kept very clean with all the basics on hand to use in kitchen, etc. We loved the house and the area!

Great Property!

We had the best time at this property! The house is in a great location to the town, mountain village and trout lake. There are beautiful sunset views and the architecture was so unique. Owners were super responsive to any needs. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful Location Nestled in the Aspens

The home and surrounding area were beautiful, and in close proximity to plenty of hiking, biking, swimming and fishing options. It would have been nice to have had a prepared House Rules guide and a written notification near our check-in time with the lock code. We ended up spending quite a bit of time on the phone going over many details, some of which were basic home functions we were already familiar with or would have been able to figure out (how to turn on a hot tub, which light switch goes to which room, etc.) We felt this could have been avoided with an email or printed fact sheet, and we could have begun our stay a little easier with a written reference of anything the homeowners desired at our disposal. We were surprised after sheltering in place for 2 weeks prior to our trip to encounter someone without notice during our stay who was there to perform routine maintenance on the hot tub. This put us a bit on edge. The downstairs bedroom door did not close, nor did the bathroom door, which opened during a shower due to a cross breeze. Just a few things could have been better, but we loved staying in Telluride, enjoyed spending our evenings in the hot tub under stars (adding chlorine after every use), and parking was ample for our 6 vehicles. Thank you and we look forward to referring this property and potentially booking again in the future.

Great for large group
