We as a family live on the main and upper floor of the home, so there will be some daily living sounds. We tend to wake up early and we do our very very best to have light feet. If you are a light sleeper and wish to sleep in, the space may not be a good fit. There is a sound machine available if needed.

BACKYARD

Our home backs the forest and our yard features natural landscaping which means some rocks, dirt/mud, boulders, and uneven terrain. At times we are outside in the yard area or working in the garage. With the natural backyard comes some critters! We often see deer, Abair squirrels, and other wildlife roaming in the back! A family of deer tend to walk down our pathway and past the bedroom window to the forest and sometimes sunbathe in the backyard. Be on the lookout if you hear some hooves!

If you're headed to Flag, stay here. It's in a great location, super clean, stylish, and has a lot of great touches that really make you feel at home and not just a standard rental"

"Perla
A+... Jenn’s place is incredible. Very clean, modern, cozy, kitchen has everything you need to cook & serve yourself comfortably. There’s good wifi & Netflix services. It’s super easy to enter with the security code given. I visited during winter & the heater worked outstandingly. Both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable to sleep in. Pretty much everything is high quality and Jenn is amazing on getting back to messages, she also provides a useful house manual and lots of tips to visit places. I would stay at this place again if I ever go to Flagstaff in the future."
