Spacious "Cabin Feel" Townhouse in Happy Valley

Our family-friendly unit in Happy Valley, Big White is in a great location whether it is the Winter or Summer season. Happy Valley and all it has to offer will make you glad you picked our townhome for your vacation.

In the WINTER, our townhome is in a premium SKI-IN/SKI-OUT location in Happy Valley. Happy Valley is also home to many other activities including tubing, skating, the beginner area, cross-country / show shoe trails, and the free gondola to the village.

In the SUMMER, our townhome offers a peaceful retreat with good access to mountain biking, hiking, events, and the village. Plus, Kelowna is only a scenic 45-minute drive away.

In regards to our 2 bedroom townhome, it's over 1400 sq ft and you will love the huge vaulted ceilings, the breathtaking views of the Monashee Mountains, and the "Cabin Feel" our home offers. Furthermore, the open-concept design includes an entertainer’s kitchen with new granite countertops to ensure cooking is no chore. Plus, easily seat 8 comfortably around the dining room table as you chat about your epic day with family or friends. The upper floor includes all the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas as well as access to a private deck with a hot tub (hot tub is open from December to April). On the ground floor, you will appreciate the convenience of the private garage and private ski/snowboard storage locker/racks (winter only) we have available for guest use.

Other cool things include a steam shower in the master ensuite, heated tile flooring throughout, and a huge gas natural stone fireplace. The kids love the bunkbeds and can be entertained with the foosball table, board games, and WII gaming console. My husband and I have high standards, and we worked hard to ensure our furnishings and décor reflect our hard work. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do every time we use it.

MOUNTAIN OPERATIONS:
Big White Ski Resort winter operations are approximately the end of November to the beginning of April. Winter activities include skiing, snow boarding, tubing, skating, cross-country skiing, shoe shoeing and more. Some winter activities such as skating may not operate the whole season and are weather dependent.

Big White Ski Resort summer operations are approximately the end of June to Labour Day for downhill biking, chairlift tours / alpine hiking, disc golf, etc.

HOT TUB (SKI SEASON ONLY):
Our hot tub is open during ski / snow board season only! We find the hot tub is not as enjoyable during summer and will be closed during that time.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
Doorbell and garage cameras are set up for security and to verify that cleaning/hot tub contractors perform services as expected.

ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY and CLEANLINESS:
Finally, the environment, cleanliness, and your safety are important to us, as a result, we work with a cleaning service that ensures spaces are professionally cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Recycling bins are provided for glass, plastic, paper, and other recyclables. We also try to conserve power so all of the lights are LED and the programmable thermostats help regulate heating automatically.
