The new washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit.

Additionally, a keyless entry pad allows you to forgo the hassles of keeping track of keys while at the beach, the pool or when enjoying the surrounding areas .

This condo has a comfortable King size bed in the primary bedroom, a wonderful Queen size bed in the second room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has wireless internet, a VOIP telephone system, satellite TV, and big screen TVs in both rooms. For your viewing pleasure the living room is equipped with a large screen (75 inches) smart TV, where you can enjoy your favorite sporting events, movies, your favorite YouTube channels, or sign on to your Netflix account.

In addition to the beautiful views, beaches, and relaxing ambient, the Phoenix I condominium also offers a large outdoor pool, kids splash pad, racquetball court, basketball and tennis courts, gym, sauna, gazebos, five (5) new BBQ grills with granite countertops, an ice machine, and bicycle racks. An indoor pool located at the adjacent Phoenix III building is also available to Phoenix I guests.

This condominium is conveniently located within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, grocery stores and local shops. Located directly across the street are three restaurants, Wolf Bay Seafood, Ruby Slipper and Doc’s World Famous Seafood. A five to ten minute drive will take you to some of the area’s world famous and acclaimed restaurants such as, Cobalt, Fisher’s, Cosmos, The Hangout, and Flora-Bama. Also nearby you will find Orange Beach’s Backcountry Trails, a beautiful network of wooded trails interconnected with the Alabama Gulf State park where you can enjoy nature while running, walking or bicycling.

Prior to arrival, a parking pass link will be emailed to you to pay for your parking pass. This is a one time fee of $60.00 which will be valid for the duration of your stay. The front desk will print it out for you. If you arrive after 5:00 p.m. you will be required to register at the front desk of the adjacent Phoenix III building.
