Relax with friends and family on the large 24x30 screened-in porch, with bedrooms on each side of screened porch - King bed Master with private bath on one side and queen bed and bunk room (bunks are queen bed and 3 twin XL beds) with shared bath on the other side. Small galley kitchen with apt size stove. All necessities for cooking. Coffee maker and Keurig. Blender, toaster, pots, pans, wine glasses, etc. Beach chairs and 4 adult bicycles provided. New hot water heater and sewer hookup. New washer and dryer. New gas grill. New large 2nd refrigerator on screened porch.
