Beautiful 4 Bedroom Home in Snowmass Village W/ Great Ski Access

Come to spend your holiday or summer getaway in our beautiful four bedroom home in Snowmass Village. Located on Brush Creek Rd. We are immediately adjacent to the RFTA and Village Shuttle Bus, giving you free access to Base Village, the Mall, downtown Aspen, and all four ski areas. In the summer, stroll down the hill to the golf course and Snowmass Club.

Our home has large spacious rooms, granite countertops, and loads of outdoor space including a large yard and numerous outdoor decks and seating. A large driveway with basketball hoop provides summer fun for kids and ballers, or additional parking. Spectacular views give you a panorama of the entire valley and natural sightlines to scope morning weather conditions. Two large living rooms provide ample space to chill and relax (one for the adults and one for the kids!?), and a large private office offers the opportunity to connect with work without disturbance. An attached caretakers unit means help and assistance are never more than a moment away.

Entering the driveway, you will find three outdoor parking spots that do not compromise driveway space and two indoor spaces for your vehicle(s). Opening the front door, there are two generous closets and ample space to take off ski or other sporting gear. A large laundry room on your right allows for mid-stay upkeep, and cleaning services are available for a cost. Straight ahead is the fourth bedroom, a large enclave with a queen bed and large closet. Down the hall is the third bedroom, also large, well lit, and with a large closet and queen bed. Between the two is a full restroom with a large glassed-in shower.

At the end of the hallway and to the right is the second master suite bedroom. Two large closets, a California king bed, and attached bathroom characterize this space which has full views of Snowmass Ski Area. Adjacent to this room is the downstairs living room with two comfortable couches, a TV with Comcast Xfinity cable, a gas/electric fireplace, and board games for the family.

Upstairs is a large fully appointed kitchen with long central island and bar-top eating area. There are two ovens, a full range, and a dishwasher for cooking or entertaining. The granite bar seats four on stools for breakfast and additional niceties like a coffee maker, tea kettle, Vitamix, and a small food processor are also present. The kitchen opens up to a dining area with an expandable dining room table for dinner parties, and further back to the upstairs living room complete with space for family time and a comfy couch. Attached to this living area is a master bedroom suite with its own bathroom, as a well as a spacious office for away-from-home work. The office is fully functional with WiFi, printer, scanner, paper shredder and copier set up.
