T1 apartment completely independent of excellent standing, cozy, comfortable, bright, refurbished, fully equipped, about 38m2 and 45m2 of private garden, located in a house with forest, private garden and outdoor parking space . Living room, separate fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and WC.
The apartment is quietly located in the most beautiful residential area of Ostwald (Strasbourg South).
Close to all amenities, bus, and highway access 2 minutes away.

Housing
The apartment is located in a green setting to allow you to recharge your batteries. It has just been redone. It is equipped with branded and quality products to make you feel at home! It can accommodate up to 4 adults in a pleasant, calm and soothing environment.

Are you coming to rest? The main room includes two sofa beds (190 cm x 140 cm) equipped with good quality mattresses (12 cm), to ensure a restful sleep. The bed is already made when you arrive and you just have to slip under the duvet. We can add a baby cot on request. You have a closet in the hallway to store your clothes and accessories for more comfort.

Do you want to prepare good meals during your stay? We have everything planned! The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for basic cooking (oil, spices, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, pots and pans, paper towels, tea towels, etc.), as well as household appliances:
- fridge / freezer 262 liters, large enough to store all the fresh products of your stay,
- multifunction oven microwave / convection / grill / defrost,…. to simply reheat your dishes or prepare pies and roasts,…
- 4-burner hob, to simmer your small dishes,
- extractor hood, for cooking without persistent odors,
- dishwasher 13 place settings, to enjoy your stay without the chore of washing up,
- coffee maker, toaster, kettle, for breakfasts like at home!
You also have many cupboards to accommodate your shopping.
In the main room, a bar with its 4 chairs allows you to comfortably savor all the delicious dishes you have prepared in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. All the necessary dishes for 4 people are available. A children's high chair can be made available upon prior request.

Do you want a cocooning stay? The main room will allow you to take care of yourself. It is provided with:
- two sofas convertible into a double bed with 12 cm mattresses, for better comfort,
- a 32 inch (81 cm) flat screen TV, to watch your favorite shows even during your stay,
- a real free wifi internet connection, to keep in touch with your loved ones, watch YouTube videos, ...,
- different pieces of furniture to accommodate your belongings,
- DVDs and games for adults and children are available to keep you occupied and enjoy your stay even on rainy days!

Do you want to take care of yourself? The brand new separate bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower, vanity unit, towel radiator. Shower gels and shampoo, hand wash and hand towels are provided. A hair dryer is at your disposal for a toilet, just like at home taking the time! The WC is separate. Toilet paper is provided.

Do you like lazing around? The private garden of 45m2 in the middle of the greenery equipped with a table and benches, an umbrella, allows you to relax and unwind, in the surrounding greenery and calm, by reading your favorite books or listening music.

The exterior also includes a garden and a private forest, accessible but shared with us and the other tenants. You are in a beautiful, serene and relaxing setting, a haven of peace, but a stone's throw from the city and its advantages for an easy everyday life.

Private outdoor parking is available (but shared with other tenants), as well as many free spaces on the street. It is always very easy to park.

Travelers access
The accommodation is independent. You have full access to the entire accommodation (entrance, main room (= living room + bedroom + bar), kitchen, bathroom, hallway, WC) for the duration of your stay. You also have access to the private garden of the accommodation with its table and picnic benches (with separate access),

You have access to the parking lot (on the side of the house), shared with the other tenants. You also have access to the private garden and forest (behind the house), but these are shared with the owner and the other tenants.

Answers to some frequently asked questions

You will only pay the price displayed on AirBnB when you book. No surprise!

- The deposit is the one indicated on AirBnB, there is no exchange of money between us.
- All sheets are included for the sofa beds and any cot, as well as towels and tea towels. There is no additional charge.
- I only charge a little cleaning fee, but in return I just wait until you leave the apartment in the state you found it when you entered.
- Basic products for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, tea), coffee filters and household products (including for the dishwasher) are provided, as well as shower gels, soap for hands and shampoo.
- WiFi is included and it is real WiFi (it is not a hot spot)
- Private parking is available on the side of the house (but shared with the other tenants). Other places are available for free on the street. There is never a problem with parking.
