Secluded Creekside Cabin

This creekside cabin includes a queen bed on the ground floor in a private bedroom, a sleeping loft, and a rollaway cot. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a coffee maker, a microwave and stovetop burners. Some utensils and cookware are provided and we encourage guests to bring their own as well. The cabins have a full bathroom and comfortably sleep about 4 people. Access to the lodge and other amenities will be available upon request. Our resort is closed other than these cabin rentals from October to April.

We had a great time! It was a perfect time of year for us to visit Cutty’s. We look for places that are less crowded and quieter and this cabin checked those boxes for us. We also hiked around a little and it was amazing having National Forest so close.

The property the cabin was on and the cabin itself far exceeded my expectations. It was so well kept, beautiful, and peaceful. A host provided me with everything I could need and would definitely go back again

There was a lot of dust under the furniture and it gave my allergies a run for their money. I feel like the place was cleaner after we left. It is just a basic cabin, the location is great, the bed was awful. I can't say I've slept on a more uncomfortable bed any where we've stayed.Again, it's a basic cabin by the creek it's not bad for the money just don't expect much comfort. The staff I dealt with was very nice, I didn't receive the email to check in so he was really understanding and helpful. Really the only other ( besides cleanliness) problem was residents( I think) let their dog run loose and it was nice but doesn't look it ( quote from the owner of the dog) and there were several times we would go to take our dogs out but that one would show up and I was nervous about it being around mine, as it barked and did appear aggressive. This is off season so I would think it wouldn't be an issue during peak season. It's a great little place , we've stayed before, in the off season I just think the cabin could've been cleaner and if the guests have to leash their dogs, everyone should.

Beautiful & Peaceful Getaway

It’s a cozy, secluded cabin with gorgeous views of the river and mountain. The stars are incredible at night & it was the perfect place to spend a quiet NYE. We look forward to returning soon!

Great Colorado Getaway

This property is a great way to getaway to the mountains and not have to ruff it up too much! The managers of this property will go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. our cabin was on the creek and it was a beautiful. If you have never seen the Colorado night sky this is a must.

Amazing Mountain Getaway

We had a truly wonderful experience in two creekside cabins. We had two families of four and it was the perfect combination of cozy cabin time playing cards and cooking to enjoying the beautiful Hayden's Creek and all the mountains and forest surrounding the property. The cabins had everything we needed and the host was responsive and accommodating for what you need. We hope to start a new family tradition staying here together for years to come. Thank you!

Great Little Get Away Cabin

My husband and I stayed here with our dog and couldn't have been happier. We didn't have cell service, TV, or wifi, and it was awesome. There was snow, but we were still able to take some short hikes around the area, and came back to a warm, comfy cabin.

A perfect getaway!

We spent Thanksgiving 2021 at this lovely cabin with our dog. The communication and directions were perfect and check-in was easy. The cabin was sparklingly clean and there were plenty of towels and warm blankets. The absence of wifi, cell phone service, and anyone else in the resort made for a quiet, peaceful holiday-- not to mention the babbling brook outside and the lovely, snowy hikes nearby. Exactly what we were hoping for!

An issue was taken care of within a short time. Lovely place for a beautiful weekend. Only one other couple in another cabin so very quiet. Lots of deer. Sitting on the porch listening to the creek was refreshing!

For my Birthday getaway!

By far one of the best experience of my life, the Cabin was very clean very Cozy. We have the pleasure of meeting Rick one of the owners and his wife Marcy, there are such a lovely and kind people. We were the only guest at the resort, which made it more special for my birthday. Everybody that worked there and that we meet, they didn’t not make us feel like a guess, the made us feel like a part of their friendship circle. We are definitely coming back for the Summer. Last minute fine was perfect.

This cabin was perfect for our family. The creek was gorgeous and our kids loved sleeping in the loft. We had our dogs with us and they appreciated having such nice grounds for being walked. The resort looks like it is an incredible place in the summer and we plan on returning to enjoy the summer activities.

Just what we were looking for.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed being completely shut off from phone and internet. Really gave us the opportunity to decompress and reconnect as a family. We had such a nice stay that we opted to add another night onto our stay.
