It is within walking distance of Coconut Pointe Center, which is one of the largest and most creatively developed outdoor shopping centers in Florida.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all Brooks amenities, including pool, tennis, golf, social club, and more. Guest much purchase monthly Brooks membership.

This property is located in what is known as the Brooks, a complex of many subdivisions culminating into what is one of the most comprehensive golfing communities in the state.

Please note that guests must complete both a rental agreement and a form for the Brooks Country Club. The Brooks requires 10 business days to receive and review this form before check in, so please do not book any stays fewer than 10 business days into the future.
