This six-bedroom/five and a half-bath luxury home, is approximately 50 steps from sugar-white sand beach and emerald-green water of Pensacola Beach. An unbelievable custom-built home designed by owner Kevin Hubbard, it accommodates up to 19 guests with luxurious amenities including a private gunite swimming pool and a rooftop deck perfect for viewing the beachā€™s stunning sunrises and sunsets. This house was designed for large family events to make a lifetime of memories.

With spectacular views of the Gulf and Sound, this airy modern home features a large open plan with a living, dining and kitchen area including all-stainless commercial-grade appliances (double oven, ice maker, refrigerator) with bar seating (seats four) and a large dining table (seats nine). Kitchen has both a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker. This living area is flooded with natural light and opens to a beautiful covered deck.

The master bedroom features a king with a custom bath including a tub and glass-enclosed shower. There is also a ā€œsecretā€ hideaway (under the closet) with a twin, plus a twin over twin bunk, with a full bath across the hall.

The 2nd bedroom has two queens and two twin over twin bunks plus a full bath. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each feature a king bed and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The 5th bedroom has a king and private bath. A hallway cubby features a twin over twin bunk. The 6th bedroom features a queen loft with a spiral staircase.

All bathrooms feature stone and granite counter tops and sinks.

With more than 6,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living area and deck space with custom landscaping and outdoor lighting, this is a wonderful venue to entertain family, and perfect for weddings and reunions. NEWLY ADDED - a putting green for plenty of family fun!

This home includes an elevator ($250 non-refundable security deposit required) which will take you to all three levels. It also includes a washer and dryer, a gas grill, complimentary WiFi and parking for 10-12 cars (five are covered).

Beautiful Beach House for big group

This property was great! 5 bedrooms and 1 loft bedroom. Bunk beds everywhere. Great use of space. Nice pool and short walk to the beach. View of the beach from sun deck. There were 16 adults in our group Plenty of room.

The grandchildren had a blast and they loved all of the bunk beds in all of the cubbyholes. The beach was only a two-minute walk so it was easy going back and forth to the house and the beach to replenish supplies or grab lunch. Nice area, nice sidewalks for a morning run. No complaints. The beach was beautiful and big enough to fly kites.

We booked for the 6 bedrooms, but the '6th bedroom' was not really a bedroom, it was a small room on the bottom floor near the parking and a little creepy to stay in so we had to make it work with the other 5 bedrooms, which turned out fine due to all the other built-in bunks available for the kids. The space is great, it does need some upgrades to the furniture, but overall ok for a beach vacation home. The pool and putt-putt kept our grands busy for hours. We would for sure stay again.

Perfect for a long weekend full of laughs, chaos and good friends. We used every square inch of the property and I love the upgrades, updates and floorplan. Very creative use of space. My only hesitation is that it is not conducive for six adult families. One of the bedrooms accounts for 10 people sleeping in it.

The pool was such an added bonus for the kids to entertain themselves with. The only recommendation I have is the need for more towels and blankets. We look forward to renting this place again!

There is ample space, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and lots of decking for sunning and relaxing. Bring your putter and some golf balls for use on the mini putting green near the pool. Short walk to the beach. Nice gas grill and pool area to enjoy. Widowā€™s walk (crowā€™s nest) near the roof to enjoy the sunset. Kitchen was spacious but could use more plates and utensils, other than that it was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for Family or Group Vacation

5 Calle Traviesa was a super location for our multi generational family vacation. The walk to the beach was short with easy access. It was extremely helpful to have the elevator in the house to lug luggage, groceries, and people to all levels of the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was very nice and we were glad to have some outside covered areas to sit while it rained. The family room area could use new couches ( not in great shape and not comfortable). TVs were in every bedroom but the only ones that worked were the family room and one bedroom (bedroom only got about 5 channels). There were lightbulbs that needed to be replaced( especially downstairs elevator area- was pitch black with outside door and elevator door closedā€¦I should have called and had that that replaced). We appreciated the easy check in ( not having to come by office was terrific). Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and my family would happily stay here again.

Great home, updated inside and out, very short walk to the beach via quick access path a block from the house. Far enough away from the main strip to be quiet but close enoigh that it isnt a hassle to get food or shopping.

Nice Property...overall I give it a 4 Stars.

Property in good condition...some light bulbs needed to be replaced and some furniture in living area needs to be replaced or recovered, all beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of dishes, sitting area, towels and kitchen well stock with everything you need. Beautiful home.

The pool was a refreshing break in the afternoon and evenings.Paradise Beach Homes is a terrific company to work with.
