There are 2 houses opposite one another with the first in r. c a large kitchen room-tv room to gather, 2 bedrooms bathroom, wc and in the other upstairs with wooden terrace: sofa, 3 bedrooms and wc bathroom.
In the middle of nature, a sports facility including a gym with sauna (optional on reservation)
a multisports platform, tennis, basketball, hand, volleyball, a city stadium for children, athletics track, table tennis. A swimming and water sport pond with stand up paddle boards (water controlled by the departmental laboratory), a fishing pond and an educational pond with koi carp, and frogs, a 50x30 sand quarry for horses and the practice of beach soccer, volleyball ...

  The site is located in a small hamlet 10 mins from the motorway exit and 5 mins from all shops and services, many tourist and cultural activities are available nearby as well as 2 large shaded lakes with supervised swimming at 15-20 mns.
We are one hour from Bordeaux and Périgueux, 40 mins from Bergerac and Libourne-St Emilion. We are also "tennis and multisport center of Aquitaine" offering sports and fitness courses, tennis lessons from 1 h to 1 h 30 with state certified instructors.(estimate on request).
