This charming, family-friendly home in Pass Time Cottages offers guests a full array of amenities as they enjoy some peace and quiet along the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast. If you don't feel like staying in and cooking for the group, you can head two and a half miles east to find a plethora of local restaurants offering delicious food. If you're looking for outdoor adventures, Gulf State Park is nearby, offering scenic hiking, fishing, picnicking, and roughly two-and-a-half miles of beach. Nearby you can also find zip-line courses, hot air balloon rides, Segway adventures, and more fun things to try. As an added bonus, you'll also enjoy access to the community's seasonally heated pool!

The open floor plan conveniently combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and prepare delicious home-cooked meals while your guests unwind on the comfortable couches and watch their favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV. Then, you all can relax and enjoy a wholesome time on the sundeck, equipped with comfortable beach chairs and partial ocean views. Booking this gorgeous beach getaway will grant you access to a shared swimming pool as well!

Gulf shores beach house

Location was great with access to little lagoon and the beach. Pool was very hot due to little shade during this summer heat. Our group had a great time!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay! The walk to the beach was short and not over crowded. The pool was never crowded and was clean and lit up at night so we spent a lot of time there. The beds were comfy and the house layout was perfect. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Not one complaint. Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for having us!

Fantastic Christmas getaway

Our first Christmas at the beach and this home did not disappoint. Great living space, kitchen was fully equipped and the rooms were very comfortable. We didn’t have any issues at all. We hope to stay here again next year!

Family vacay

Very nice property. Had a small issue with the keypad not working, but they responded very quick. Would definitely stay there again. Easy walk to the beach. Very spacious.

Fabulous home and great location

We had a great time staying at the 4 Sea Suns. The home was just as described and fit our group of 12 perfectly. It was well stocked for cooking and located close to restaurants for going out. It is also located next to a beach access point and a walking/running trail. We especially appreciated that we could bring our dogs with us. Highly recommend this home and hope to return!

Another fabulous vacation

Always in tip top shape. We have stayed at this property multiple times. This trip 8 of us were celebrating a birthday. The house is so warm and cozy and offers ample space to be together playing games. The new mattress in the upstairs spare bedroom is AMAZING! I recommend this property 100%.

Spring break

The house was beautiful. It does have 2 flights of stairs so be mindful of you have children or elderly. The pool was heated which was a plus. Kitchen was fully stocked with blender, toaster, regular coffee pot and Keurig. Patio furniture was nice. The grill was propane but could stand to be replaced. Overall we had a great stay and would visit again.

Great house for a large family!

We loved the layout and proximity to the beach. This was a great place for two large families to stay along with their grandparents. The only setback was more than half our beds were missing sheets upon arrival. We sadly did not notice this until later in the day, so we could not remedy until the following day. We know it was a busy, holiday weekend, but sheets are a must.

Fantastic Rental

Great rental! Our group consisted of 4 adults, one five year old, and a dog. Very happy with our stay. The rental, check in and check out processes were so, so easy. The house was clean, no maintenance issues during our stay. There was tons of space , beds were very comfortable. At a great location, close to main attractions and Public beach access was close, and not far to walk. The Pool is directly behind the house and easily accessible. No outdoor shower, but, theres a hose at the house to rinse off. The lagoon and a few piers are a close walk and are a great site to birdwatch and fish. Only complaint is the grill which, is very dirty, it should probably be replaced. There was also some decent amount road noise but it was not disruptive. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Great Stay for 2 Families Over Thanksgiving

We had a great week of Thanksgiving with our friends. The house is new and very clean with plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. Large dinning table and kitchen with all the basic cookware, plates, silverware and cups. Plenty of seating in the living area for everyone. Beds were comfortable and each room has it's own bathroom with shower. We enjoyed hanging out on the ocean-facing deck as a group or off the deck just above it coming off of the master bedroom. Short walk across the street to the beach. The only negative was that the Wi-fi was at best awful, even after resetting it several times - very spotty connection and practically useless. That's pretty frustrating when there are 9 people and they would like to share pictures and videos with each other.. We would definitely return.

Great vacay Home

This property is just as pictured. There is a king bedroom and bath on first floor. The size of bed kind of took from floor space and the bathroom is the only one on this level which was not a problem for us as we made it work but just something to be aware of for those they maybe needing a half bath on the main and not have to go upstairs.The master suite is on second level and very spacious with balcony. The street noise from balcony can be heard even during night. It was not a lot traffic but just note it can be heard.not sure if some kind of sound proofing could be done for it.there are two more bedrooms on second with attached baths. One is bunk room with two bunk beds. It was plenty of space for our family. We had an issue with master bedroom door jamming and just reported it to maintenance but worked around it. The pool is just steps away and heated for March and April which was nice and the beach is a quick stroll across the street. You can see and hear the waves from balconies. There is not much grass close for pet but there is also a nice trail or boardwalk to take out the fur baby for walks. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would book again..

Great house, but there were small issues

Positives: Overall, the house was beautiful and enough space for our family. We hung out on the balconies alot and were able to see a good deal of the ocean. The access to the pool was super convenient for our 5 kids. Access to the beach was easy, about a 2 min walk. The drive to grocery and restaurants was quick, usually under 10 minutes. We appreciated the covered parking spots. The A/C worked great and it was nice having separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs. Negatives: We had to clean out 4 drains to get them to drain. One of the upstairs bedroom doorknobs fell off a couple times. A dryer repairman came unexpectedly one day while we were at the beach. We had no notification that this was going to happen. We were only supplied with one trashbag for the entire week and barely enough toilet paper for 11 people and 4 bathrooms.

Could Have Been Better If...

...the floors were clean, the grill wasn't a fire hazard and there were more amenities provided. Our children's feet were pretty dirty after just running around barefoot for a little while. I expect sand but wasn't expecting that. There was mold on the plastic shower curtains. We took the grill cover off to find a disgustingly dirty grill and the propane tank had dirty grease running down all sides of it, needless to say we didn't use it. As for the amenities, there really aren't any; no beach towels, no toys, no chairs. There is a storage closet under the home but it was kept locked. The other units around us had that available to them so it was a bummer that we didn't. When we arrived there was not a pot for the coffee machine, not a huge deal and the issue was quickly resolved the next day with a brand new coffee machine so that was a plus. The bunk beds were pretty rickety making me a little uneasy with the kids and the king bed upstairs was very squeaky as well. The location is great but there is quite a bit of road noise. Don't get me wrong, the house itself was beautiful. Very spacious for our group of 10 (6 adults 4 kids). Having the washer and dryer was great. The kitchen is stocked with essentials only (pans, utensils, cups, plates etc.). We had a nice view of the ocean across the street. There is a hose underneath the home to rinse off which was nice and the walk to the beach isn't terrible. We enjoyed walking the back path to the small piers on the lagoon. The beach itself is beautiful. Check out was very easy.

Awesome House

The house was clean when we checked in. It’s roomy and has a great layout. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a nice feature. We will definitely be back.

Perfect area

The house was a perfect size for our group of 13. The listing showed a futon in one Of the roomS, but it was not in room. The couch turned Into a bed. Still held us all comfortably. The beds were nice & comfortable as well. We enjoyed the easy access to get In and out. The door code was a little long, but still easy to use. We loved the house! It would get a 10 star if it was directly on the beach. We had easy access to the beach & enjoyed it as much as the weather would allow!
