Downtown Orange Beach is one and a half miles away and it offers visitors a plethora of dining options. If you're into outdoor activities, the Gulf State Park is two miles from you and offers visitors two miles of powdery sands and the largest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico! The Track is eight miles away and offers endless family-friendly fun with go-karts, rides, and more! Half a mile away, Adventure Island features go-karts, bumper boats, laser tag, kiddie rides, and erupting volcano replica that comes alive with a powerful and memorable show; you can even feel the vibrations and feel the steam.

Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
