Come enjoy our newly renovated modern yet rustic lakeside condo. Whether you decide to sit by the gas fireplace and take in the views or head out to enjoy skiing and everything Tremblant has to offer, this condo is in the perfect location.

Our condo is located just 5 minutes by car to the heart of the pedestrian village. Close enough to enjoy yet far back enough to have tranquility and stunning views of the lake and mountain.

Bedroom 1 : 1 king bed with ensuite bathroom / Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds / Safe and clean stay : All bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperature and then pressed.

You will receive a detailed check-in guide 48 hours prior to arrival.

Customer service is available everyday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. An emergency number is provided upon arrival. You will be able to reach us at all times.

Located 5 minutes from the heart of the famous Tremblant resort, you will find several shops, restaurants, many activities and of course, direct access to the number 1 ski and golf resort in eastern North America.

From this complex, the best way to get around is by car. Mont-Tremblant public buses are free all around town.

Wall-Mounted AC in the main room. No central AC.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool. Beautiful view of the mountain and the lake and updated patio furniture. It is modern and minimal which is great as it is a clean and neutral space. Furniture is comfortable, beds and bathrooms are great.We are a family of 5 with 3 university students. Everyone enjoyed the rental. It is roomy, lots of space and perfect for a family of 5. Suite Spit is great at communicating and respond within the hour. Getting into the property was easy.There is enough tableware and utensils for a meal, just need to hand wash a few things, but they provided salt, pepper and oil, which makes cooking easier.They provided paper towels, hand soap, TP and shampoo, conditioner & body wash , so no need to bring anything, unless you want your own.Water is amazing, we are big water snobs lol and it was delicious, no need to bring bottled water, just a water bottle.You cannot safely walk to the village, but there are 4 parking lots that are free & 25 for the VIP. Buses are free if you donā€™t want to walk but it is less than 10 min from the furthest lot. Weekends are way busier than week days.Only areas we would recommend for improving is noting it is a middle unit between two floors and floors are a bit thin, so you may have some noise, but if other occupants respect the quiet hours, it is not an issue.The views are worth everything. Whether eating at the dining table, sitting in the living room or the deck or the master bedroom, the views or the mountain & lake are wow!

1. No hot water. 3/4 guests not able to shower after a full day out 2. No heat in the bedrooms. Both baseboard heaters broken. Freezing all night 3. Water leaking all over the place from outside. 4. Entire property, stairs and porch covered in ice. One guest slipped and hurt herself. Heading to the clinic tomorrow now that we are back home. Possible wrist fracture 5. Asked for a log for the fireplace. So expensive!. I reluctantly ordered one to try and warm the place up. Waited 4 hours. Received an email saying they didnā€™t have any. Still waiting on a refund. I wasnā€™t going to post this, but after emailing the management company and receiving zero reply, and zero apology. I donā€™t care anymore. Paid so much for one night, we could have gone to another hotel in the village for 4 nights. I could also mention the party upstairs raging until 5am, but technicallyā€¦ thatā€™s not their fault. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Many more awesome places in Tremblant that actually care about their guests.

Magnificent view of lake and mountain

Condo was clean and well stocked except for ice cube tray, larger mugs, sink plugs and dish pan. Everything functioned well except for fridge leaking onto floor. We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that there was no path to the village and no safe way to walk along the road. Also the construction disrupted the view and was noisy at times.

Great summer vacation spot

Everything was great. Really loved it. Only two things, the refrigerator was not connected to a water pipe, so we couldn't make any ice, no ice trays either. The dryer made a such a noise, we had to leave the unit while we were using it. Left 3 messages to property manager, once to owner, never got any response. But we still enjoyed our vacation.

Horrible experience and stay

Arrived at the condo late in the evening after attending a close friends' wedding. Upon arrival, the condo was not cleaned. Garbage left in condo by previous renter. Towels left all over bathroom. All beds used and sheets left all over. Just a horrible situation to arrive to that with the need to put a 3 year old to sleep for the night. We did manage to get clean sheets and towels. Next day, asked for the cleaning (just bathrooms and beds as we cleaned the rest ourselves) and tried to coordinate while we were out - who wants a place they are staying at to be cleaned while they are present? Sadly, nothing done. Then while daughter was napping, cleaning service arrived to clean, which we told them our child was sleeping. The said they would come back later and no one showed, but honestly since our stay was only 2 nights we said why bother?

Spectacular view and ultra modern condo

Spending 3 days at the condo fit perfectLy into our weeklong cycling event using the petit Tran du Nord. . The cycling paths in the Tremblant area are superb and the Fabulous condo made for a perfect location. Thanks to Allessandro for being such an accommodating host.

Very clean, great view, spacious

The condo is super clean, spacious, and has a great view from the living room and master bedroom. There are 2 wash rooms. Both are nicely renovated and modern. Kitchen is big with lots of cupboards and a big island. Well equipped with lots of plates, glasses and utensils. It's about a 35 minutes walk to the resort Centre. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

Amazing, beautiful, and comfortable!

I was looking for a property last minute for my family and I to stay, I'm so glad I came across this condo. It's superbly beautiful, and my family really enjoyed our stay. Alessandro, our property manager, was super kind, and I never had to wait long for a reply. The condo was exactly as listed, Super clean and for a great price. The check in process was soooo easy. The location was 5 min from the tremblant resort. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks again for the great trip.
