The studio is independent with private access, large king size bed (180 * 190cm), mosquito net, fan, table and 2 chairs, large closet, private bathroom, small kitchen with hob, fridge, kettle, toaster. Hot water. Wireless.

Charming independent studio in a pretty traditional house with straw roof 5 minutes from the beach, in front of the hotel Les Hibiscus, in a private lane with guarding.

The studio is independent with private access and small private terrace.
Large and beautiful room including:
- large double bed with orthopedic mattress 180 * 190cm
- a nice wooden table and 2 chairs
- a very large closet
- a fan
- mosquito net on the bed
- window with mosquito net
- blackout curtains
Adjoining private bathroom with shower and hot water.
A kitchenette with fridge, hotplates, kettle and toaster, microwave. Dishes for cooking.
The studio has air conditioning but given the price of electricity when using the air conditioning, we are forced to charge 1,500 CFA per day, air conditioning is absolutely not necessary. In the rainy season, it is hotter but a fan may be enough to see you.
Internet included.

We live in the house, the studio is part of the house but has a private outdoor access.
The beach is 5 minutes from the house.
The house is located in the Residence Diola, in front of the hotel Hibiscus, private and secure driveway with guard.
Small grocery store just before the Hibiscus alley.
Possible power outages as in the whole neighborhood but despite the cuts, we usually (not always) water that is not connected to the electricity system.
Covered garage a little further, available for rent (2,000 CFA / day).
