RENOVATED in Nov 2023 - 2 full bathrooms and in-unit washer/dryer

Hear the ocean from your beachside, top-floor condo. No crossing busy Seawall Blvd, just walk down Seascape's boardwalk and feel your toes in the sand. Resort amenities include 2 hot tubs, year-round heated pool, kiddie pool, relaxing swings, charcoal grills, picnic tables & an ELEVATOR.

Our unit has a private balcony and is 2 bedrooms with 2 twin bunk beds in the hall and 2 full bathrooms. One bath is a tub/shower combo and the other is a stand up shower with a 10" deep bench, grab bars and handheld showerhead.

Condo is cleaned with hospital grade cleanser between guests. All bathmats & linens, including comforters, washed between guests.

We have a full size kitchen with granite counter tops and it should have everything you need to prepare a meal. Or just turn on the oven and throw in a pizza if that's as much cooking as you'd like to do on vacation!

We do have some beach chairs and toys for our guests to use but they come and go so there's no telling what will be there during your stay. We ask that you rinse them off and return them to the unit for future guests to enjoy, ourselves included. We love our home away from home!

Our condo has luxury vinyl tile floors throughout, smart TVs in both bedrooms and in the living area.

We provide enough hand soap, dish soap and paper products to get you started but you'll need to supply any additional needed for your stay and all toiletries. Linens and towels are provided.

Additional Amenities such as the washer/dryer, internet, toys are in the condo for the owner's personal enjoyment and allowed for guest usage. However, if any additional amenities malfunction or are unavailable for guest usage, there will be NO refunds or discounts given.

Included in the quote is the total amount due for your stay. The host fee includes the cost to clean the unit and the required Community Fee.

Calls from Security regarding disturbances or pets will result in you being asked to leave. No refund will be given, the deposit may not be released.

David and Robbyn have a wonderful condo! They were quick to respond to us during the booking process, and everything was seamless. Check in was a breeze and we found the condo just as it was described. Very cozy and comfortable with everything could could need. Our girls trip was a success-and a great stay in Galveston.

We loved the area and the last location of the property was amazing.

The area was quiet, perfect for a holiday. The beach access was great and we enjoyed the pool when we needed to swim in warmer waters.

Fun

Great vacation! The place is comfortable, awesome beach views. Fully stocked kitchen, easy keyless access and quick drive into town. If I were to make a couple of small adjustments, I would suggest a bigger TV in the Master bedroom (perhaps mounted on the wall) and a good mop (so you can quickly clean up if the kids track water from the pool). Thanks again for your hospitality - we had the best time!

The Perfect Place!

The property and condo was clean. The condo was decorated so nicely with pretty colors. We had a great view of the water from the balcony. The beds were comfortable. Kevin at the front gate was very personable. The pool and hot tub were not overly crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will most certainly stay again when we come to Galveston.

In the beach

Beautiful coastal decorated condo!. Everything was clean. Had plenty of cooking supplies, towels, paper towels and toilet paper. The beach closet had a tent in it and beach toys. The king size bed was very comfortable, but the queen bed was too firm. Loved that you could walk right to the beach and the elevator was right there by the condo. We had a wonderful time!

The place was a little dirty. Bathtub was dirty. Lamp shades were cracked. Could have used some instructions for the tv/cable. Nice pool!

Fantastic condo on the beach

This condo was perfect for our group of 6 that included a 7 year old, 10 year old and 4 adults. Check-in / check-out was so easy. The attendants at the pool were very friendly and interacted with the kids. David and Robyn were extremely responsive to any request and great hosts. Being on the beach side was a Huge perk. We could easily run back to the room to pick up something without it being a big deal at all. You have to cross a very busy 4 lane highway if you stay in the condos/hotels across the street. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great beachfront property!

This place is perfect for a beach getaway. The walkway right up to the ocean was wonderful. There’s also a wash station so you don’t track sand back to the condo. And the view of the ocean was lovely! The condo had a fully stocked kitchen, making family breakfast and dinners easy. I also appreciate how close the apparent was to the elevator. The pool, hot tub, and shallow kid pool were also a nice alternative to the beach. The pool was shielded from the wind by the condo, so the weather was always perfect there. All of the beds were comfortable as well, and they had Disney+ and a few other streaming channels. Can’t recommend this place enough! We will for sure be going back next year.

Excellent condo

My family and I had not been on vacation since Covid began so we were really looking forward to our trip. We are so fortunate we found this condo. The condo was in pristine condition and had everything. The kitchen was perfect with every utensil and cookware. The rooms were perfect with cozy beds. The living area had enough space for us four. The view from the balcony was perfect. Forget the view of the RV park and concentrate on the water. They also had all beach necessities there so no need to pack any. We absolutely hated to leave and will definitely look to book again when we visit again.

Sea Scape 1306

Overall we had a good experience at Sea Scape. The condo was as advertised. The heated pool and hot tub were great. Direct beach access was awesome. We appreciated the beach closet with toys and chairs. There was no umbrella and only 1 beach towel in the condo so we had to go buy more beach towels since we thought there would be more but it wasn’t a big deal, just difficult to bring that type of stuff when flying vs. driving. We had no issues with check in or security. This condo is on the 3rd floor and close to the elevator so that was a plus. Dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, Toiletries, tp and paper towels were provided and enough for our stay. We did have to get hand soap as there wasn’t any in the bathrooms and needed to get a couple more trash bags but again, not a big deal. Beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer in the condo are a huge plus. We would stay here again.

This was a very frustrating experience

We arrived at the property. At three when it was time for check in, we had no access code. After two and a half hours on the phone, trying to reach the host, and talking to VRBO, our only option was to get a refund but was not sure when. We could not get another vrbo property so we were stuck. We finally went to a very low class hotel, nothing like we had booked. And we had to split the family into two different locations. On a Saturday night in a beach town we were just lucky to find a place. The host contacted me later and apologized. The only good news I am waiting for my refund. This certainly almost ruined our weekend.

First Time To See the Ocean

Took my grandkids to the beach for their first time. Loved the easy access to the beach and the heated pool was shaded in the afternoon. The condo was very clean and had everything we could think of needing!

Great experience

The property was exactly as advertised. You can access the beach without having to cross Seawall Blvd (a HUGE plus with 2 small kids) and having a closet full of beach toys and gear made everything easy. The pool was great - one big pool, two hut tubs, and a baby wading pool. And the condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the king and queen beds were incredibly comfortable. I slept better than I have in months, exactly what you want on vacation!

We have a background in hospitality and strive to ensure our guests have a well appointed, clean condo for their beach vacation.

We love the beach front location of this condo complex. No crossing busy streets, just walk down the boardwalk and your feet are in the sand. A large grassy area provides extra room to run around and the complex also features 4 relaxing swings by the pool. An oceanfront picnic area, complete with charcoal grills and gazebos, are provided for guests to enjoy.
