Being about 100 or so yards from the ocean, whether day or night, you get to gaze at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean 7th hole, and the beautiful ocean waves & surf that glimmer beyond it. In our Cinnamon Beach 3rd floor condo, it is truly a breathtaking view to see a wonderful sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, and smell the ocean’s refreshing salt air. Either be an early riser and walk, jog or fish at daybreak, or just grab toast and coffee, and lounge together looking down at the ocean tides just beyond the Par 3 hole on the balcony. The large patio offers a shady escape to sit and read a favorite book, and spend time under the moon’s glow across the sea. Pure Perfection.

The almost 1800 square feet in our Cinnamon Beach 334 condo and balcony was designed and decorated with comfort in mind, and is a perfect condo for two couples traveling together or a large family. While hopefully most of your time will be spent outside in sunny Florida, it is wonderful to come back at day’s end and just relax on the large comfortable living room sofa, and watch a movie. The unit has 4 flat screen TV’s with a Roku box in the living room and in each bedroom to watch all your favorite shows, movies and sports.

Besides the great Atlantic Beach, there are two pools - one adult oceanside pool (and a hot tub), and one lakeside family/adult pool (along with a kids splash zone playground area) across the way. Before or after sunning, you can workout at the resort’s gym, or challenge the kids to foosball or air hockey in the game room. And it never gets old to walking the nearby trails or miles of semi-private beach and shell searching. Palm Coast is also home to countless golf courses, nature trails and parks, and endless waterways.

The full kitchen offers pretty much every cooking supply needed for memorable meals - with counter space for helping hands. While you can eat together at the dining table, it is more more likely you will eat most meals out on the serene ocean view balcony.

Just pick up some groceries at nearby Publix, or cook the fish you caught that day. Other nearby shops also promise to satisfy your needs. The dining room or balcony tables are also the perfect place for game nights as well as family meals. There are also great restaurants nearby, including the Cinnamon Beach Grille at the resort, or in Palm Coast, St. Augustine and Flagler Beach.

We've provided a washer and dryer, so pack light, so mundane chores will never get in the way of your vacation. Of course linens and bath towels are provided - we even have beach towels for your beach use.

The master suite offers real seclusion away from the other bedrooms. Our king bed with sculpted wooden headboard offers a pillow-top mattress - guaranteeing sink-in-and-stay-awhile comfort. If you'd rather sleep in, close the curtains to assure you'll wake late. The master bath provides a large, circular soaking tub with separate shower and vanities - the finishing touch to our bathroom's bright, tropical indulgences.

Once time for bed the kids have their own room and TV to watch, and they can fall asleep dreaming of another perfect day. The Queen bedroom promises comfort and room to spare, along with a TV, huge dresser and large closet.

An action-packed day might include surfing, snorkeling and an unhurried dinner, or just lounging oceanside on the beach or at the oceanside pool. It is a great mix of semi-private beaches in this gated resort, and lots of activities to keep everyone busy. Marineland is just 10 minutes away where you can learn about, and even swim and play with dolphins.

Cinnamon Beach is also located 30 minutes from St Augustine, 20 minutes from Flagler Beach and just over an hour&half to Walt Disney World. State parks are less than 10 minutes away.

Things to Know:
-Property is self-catering; only starter supplies provided.
-Pet fee for 1 small dog is $20 per day (Dog must be approved in advance). We will need to know your dog's age, weight & breed.
-Golf course adjoining the property is private, and play requires membership.
-The Cinnamon Beach restaurant is generally open, but you should confirm this if staying in the offseason.
-Parts of the beach are rocky at certain times of the year, and you need be careful if swimming in those areas during other than low tides.
