This property has been totally remodeled from floor to ceilings, super comfy beds, leather couch and chairs, top of the line bathrooms with new bathtubs and shower walls with jets. Washer, dryer in second bathroom.Cabin decor all over, kitchen has new dishwasher. New hood over glass cooktop, coffee maker and toaster, a lot of dishes, pots and pans ready for family dinners.
New air conditioning and heating.
Luxurious master suite, smart TV in each bedroom and livingroom.
Bring your boat, or your motorcycles, you will have a covered parking space. 2 boats ramps in less than to miles, the lake is just across the street. Dollar General is just across the street. Restaurants are near my too.
In the back you can enjoy a covered porch with tables and chairs.
7 miles from watts bar dam. 1 hour from Knoxville airport and Chattanooga airport. 2 hours from Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.
Plenty of nice rides with your motorcycle, or enjoy boat ride at the near by Marina situated less than 2 miles away.
Property not accessible with wheel chair, apartment is on second floor on top of my office.

Location worked for our stay. Close to gas station, a few restaurants and DG. Great back parking area. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Beds were great and can we say AMAZING SHOWERS!!! Host was friendly and welcoming. We had 0 issues! Great place!

Awesome place on Watts Bar Lake. Boat ramp is less than 2 miles away. Plenty of parking for boat and truck. The place is very clean and the host is awesome!

Our stay was great and a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere. When you first get there you might be confused as the location next to a closed store of some sort and didn’t realize it was the place where we were staying. I had my doubts but once we got our things unloaded and inside it was wonderful. So much so that the outer site didn’t matter. We had plenty of room for the five of us and we all had our own room (Two couples and One single). We loved everything our stay. The only thing I would recommend to the owner would be to change the mattress in the room to the far right by the back door/deck. My husband and I kept rolling to the middle because I think the mattress was either broken or old, however, we made it work for our time there and still had a great time. We would definitely stay there again. We did stay in the off season so there wasn’t much to do in January, but we were there to visit a family member who lives in Decatur TN that has cancer. The cottage was decorated beautifully and loved the antiques. Overall, we had a wonderful time and loved the cottage.

Great place to unwind and rewind during Outage work.

Place was as advertised. Perfect for eating, sleeping and recharging after a long day or night at work. Would rent again if in the area for work.

Very peaceful stay

This property has everything that you need and we liked looking at all the motorcycle inside and outside of the property. Did not have any problems here and the property owner was in contact with me. Would definitely recommend staying here

Watts Bar fishing trip

My wife and I are from Ohio and this was our 3rd fishing trip to Watts Bar Lake. This place far outshined the other two places that we stayed at before. It was just a mile from a boat ramp on the lake and just a few miles from the boat ramp below the dam. A perfect place for us as we like to fish the main lake and below the dam as well. This little nest will fool you when you pull up but once you walk inside you'll be glad that you made a reservation here. We'll be back for sure one day soon.

Good place to stay

The property is part of a commercial site. Which is fine, there is a lack of views from the rear deck. That being said. The host is very friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated. If we find ourselves needing to stay near Ten Mile, TN again, we will definitely check for availability.

Wonderful stay!

This property was delightful! We were 4 adults and a 2 yr - 6 yr olds. Once we got everything up the stairs we had a wonderful time. Property was very secure and well outfitted. Loved sitting on the covered porch for coffee. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Awesomeness

This property exceeded our expectations which were pretty good going in. So many one of a kind touches lets you know a lot of thought went into the planning. Plus an abundance of bed linen, towels, even a fresh can of coffee. The property was clean and fresh. The main bedroom has a select comfort adjustable mattress and very crisp sheets resulting is a good night’s rest. Will definitely book again on future trips.

Comfortable & spacious

We all were very pleased with our stay. The modern showers were one of the highlights. The kitchen is very spacious with everything you need and more than you would ever expect in a vacation rental. I chose this location because of how convenient it is while I was visiting my parents. I definitely would return to this "Awesome Nest" when we need more space than my family home allows.

Cozy “Cabin” with Everything you Need

Decor was welcoming and unique. We spent time looking at all the antiques! Shower (x2) amazing as promised. Perfect location for exploring the area or great spot for true relaxation. Helpful to have a dollar general right next store for last minute items. Very clean and quiet. It was hard to leave

This place is a great place to relax. The apartment has a cabin like feel to it. So cozy and comfortable. My family loved it The a/c was great. As my boys played poker in the dining room I didn’t hear them once I closed the door to the master bedroom. Perfect for my family.

Wonderful get away

The owners were welcoming and friendly. Their overall description of the rental is accurate. The inside of this charming rental is exactly like the pictures. The rental is located across the street of Watts Bar Lake, but there is no view of it. We had a wonderful time regardless of the view and highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a charming, comfy get away with friendly hosts!

Amazing holiday retreat

I cannot say enough great things about our experience at this listing. We stayed here over Christmas with our 6 year old son while visiting family. The hosts took such great care of us. They had a Christmas tree and decor set up for our arrival (including a Christmas cactus knowing we were traveling from AZ!). They were so easy to communicate with and were gracious hosts. The curb appeal was…interesting…as it sits above a flea market, but the interior was so cozy and inviting that the curb appeal was no issue. We loved cuddling up in front of the electric fireplace with the lit Christmas tree watching a movie each night. 10/10 experience

The eclectic home

The home was interesting & had everything we needed. It was a little far from our destination, but all in all it was very comfortable we loved the patio & the fact that we could grill out.
