THIS IS A NON SMOKING CHEMICAL FREE PROPERTY.
Enjoy our walking mediation path, sunlit patio, open floor living spaces, and incomparable views!

This home is chemical-free, hypoallergenic, and well air-filtered due to owner's chemical sensitivity so, please, NO SMOKING.
Bike or walk to nearby trails.
7 minute drive to downtown.
The whole home is yours, so spread out and enjoy it! The home has three bedrooms, plus a couch and futon in the large living room. Master bathroom has 2 sinks for convenience and a large stand up shower, plus there is an addition full guest bath. 2 bedrooms have a private entry. Flagstone patio and porch with 6 top table. Enjoy the bird feeder, butterfly garden and local wildlife. At the end of the road with one other quiet and respectful family. Home sits on 2.5 acres.

***Please do not bring any heavily scented candles, incense, or smoking items into this home, as the owner has an extreme allergy to such items and cannot have them in her house.

Please note well that the driveway could be snowy throughout the winter, as it is a north facing surface. We will plow it as we're able, but we can't plow it to the surface without damaging the surface, so there will be snow and ice on the circle drive. Be sure you have Colorado winter-worthy tires, and 4-wheel drive will be a plus!

We are your hosts, Tony & Michelle, newly empty nesters! Tony is a local Stone Artisan whose work is expressed throughout the home, property &community. Flagstone patios & walkways, landscape lighting, boulder accents, entry way, chimney and fireplace are examples as well as the custom shelves and finishes. Tony also teaches yoga to the prisoners through the Prison Yoga Project. Michelle is a Trauma Therapeutics Wellness Practitioner, importer and artist, whose personal artwork, rock and roll memorabilia and global treasures, are scattered throughout the home.
A toxic inhalant poisoning left Michelle with a sever chemical sensitivity. As and MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) friendly home we DO NOT use scented products in or around our home (Candles, detergents, air fresheners, or especially dryer sheets or tobacco products.) We have provided a "chemical free" laundry soap and cleaning products should you choose to do a load of laundry as well as basic non toxic cleaning supplies. No other soaps, cleaners, fabric softeners or bleach in the washing machine/ dryer, or on or around the home should ever be used. , pretty please and thank you!!
E. We are offering our home and organic Tibetan sanctuary for you to unwind in. Enjoy the hammock and non-toxic environment. We are sure it will be relaxing!

We gladly provide some laundry soap, dish soap, and hand soap as well as basic cleaning supplies should you need them**
Zen decor and thoughtful touches like Peachskin sheets, organic materials, chemical free - clean products, and a gorgeous patio to star gaze for hours. We are on well-water which has many benefits and have a septic system to be aware of. Tony crafted a beautiful stone fireplace to enjoy, with stones from our various hikes around the region, and the entry way and chimney were built with stone found on the property. The winding flagstone pathways around the home are another beautiful example of Tony's craftsmanship.
So many things to love! Including a path that meanders through the property sprinkled with rock cairns, stone messages, and special stones and crystals from around the world. ~ Please take only photos and leave only footprints. We are the stewards of our land. Beautiful wildflowers and pinion nestle this home in tranquility.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
Tony and Michelle are both artists and their work is reflected throughout the 2.5 acres along with other local artists work. With the help of a local builder, our home was completed in 2012. In floor radiant heat, fireplace, view of S Mountain, Close to town, stocked and decorated with local goods and art!
