Enjoy this clean, spacious, 5 star 2-bedroom 2 bath neighborhood home with large lanai with grill and table with seating for four overlooking large, fenced backyard. Master bedroom has king size bed with new mattress, TV, and walk in closet. Second bedroom has queen size bed with new mattress and TV. Recliner with heat and massage after a long day awaits. Family Room with large screen television, cable, sound bar, WIFI, new couch and loveseat. Brand new flooring, no carpet in home. Large kitchen with table that seats four plus three bar stools. Kitchen includes stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave oven. Games, cards, beach chairs, and towels available. Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and casino cruises are minutes away. Centrally located to Tarpon Springs, New Port Richey, Weeki Wachee, golfing, amusement parks, kayaking, fishing, boating, beaches, parks, bike trails, camping, National Wildlife Refuge where you can visit the Manatee, saltwater marshes, bayous and inlets that are home to dolphins, tortoises and gray foxes. Tampa Bay is also home of the Stanley Cup Lightning, Super Bowl Champion Buccaneers, and Tampa Rays, so you can always catch a game! The only thing missing is you!

The amenities were fabulous!No issues with any appliances.Spacious house and the screened in porch made for a lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the space bug-free! The backyard was perfect size to blow bubbles with my grandson and the bbq pit made for some great steaks and grilled salmon.Our host was quick to answer any questions and that made the stay nice, as well.

What a great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean and comfortable, outfitted with everything you could possibly need. Rick (the host) was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Would 100% recommend, and hopeful to return next year.

Clean and comfortable

We came to town for a funeral and the accommodations were absolutely perfect for what we needed. Quiet, clean, and Rick was extremely communicative. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very pleased

It was very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for including extra pillows if we needed them. Everything was stocked very well as far as any cooking supplies or dishes. I really would not have had to pack anything for the airplane that was liquid because, they had everything already there when we got there. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice house!

Nice house. Very clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of space. Had a great time! Rick checked in to see if we needed anything. Great host!!

Snowbird house

We are snowbirds from Indiana. This is the second year we have stayed at Rick’s house, 2 months this time. Rick has to be the best owner ever, very easy to work with and his house is very well stocked with the incidentals that most rental houses don’t have. We spend a lot of time relaxing in the back porch. We also enjoy the Port Richey area due to the close proximity of good restaurants, good, reasonably priced golf courses, good beaches and the overall nice people we have met here. We had 2 sets of old friends and some of our family stay with us at various times. We hope to return.

Our host, Rick, quickly replied when we asked questions.

The house is even better than we expected. We loved the screened in back porch. It has plenty of seats for everyone. We grilled burgers and spent most of our time there. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. I especially enjoyed the lift chair!! There is now a Keurig coffee machine which is definitely a plus. Rick is a great host and checked in with us several times during our stay. I highly recommend Rick and his home.

Great Home and Host

We are very pleased with our stay. The host always responds quickly when texting him. The home is exactly as stated in his description. The home is good size for a 2bdrm 2 bath. The kitchen is an open concept with the dining room. Plenty of space to entertain. Good size bedrooms. The king size bedroom has a sizable closet and a good sizable double sink bath. The tv must be a 75”. The second bedroom has queen size bed a large tv with a large closet. The 2nd bath is a shower only but sizable. You don’t need anything other than food. Everything else is supplied. From body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I believe it is from other guest that left their products. There is plenty of toiletries, cleaning supplies, to towels, washcloths and hand towels. Plenty of dish soap and dishwashing tablets, laundry detergent, drying sheets, trash bags. I mean Rick supplies everything. We really was amazed on the size of the home and the cleanliness to the comfortable clean new furnishings. The pictures Rick posted is exactly as seen. Rick is a great host and his home is beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend Rick and his home. Thanks Rick for everything. Jerry M

Great House in Nice Area

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. The location was a nice area close to tons of local attractions, as well.

Roomy, clean, and well stocked

This property was surprisingly very roomy with separate seating around the house. It was also the most well-stocked property I have rented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return when we are in the area.

Clean and spacious.

My parents and I were in the area visiting family. My parents are elderly and so the one story house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room and the house had everything that we needed for our stay. The hosts were very communicative and checked in a couple times through email, during our stay. We will definitely try to stay in this house again if we are back in the area.

Location and oh, those magnolias!

Perfect location in Port Richey while we explored the area. super convenient to restaurants and shopping. But the best part is the huge back screened lanai that runs nearly the width of the home and two huge magnolia trees in the yard that fill your senses with their wonderful fragrance. Rick was great keeping in touch and helping with all of our needs.

AWESOME FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH A Vrbo HOME/HOST

We were most pleased and awed with this home and host Rick. The four of us were very comfortable with and in the home. The home was exactly as presented in the description. We were very pleased with the close proximity to the visiting of areas where we lived 40 years ago. Just a lot more traffic than we were expecting! We will certainly choose this home/host again if the opportunity arises for our return to that area. Again, what an awesome first experience with Vrbo and Rick. THANK YOU..

Quiet neighborhood in Port Richey

This was our best experience ever with VRBO. By far the best supplied house. It had everything we needed. The dryer broke, we called Rick, and 2 days later a new dryer was delivered. Quiet neighborhood (except for the trash trucks at 4am lol). Enjoyed spending time in the large porch. Plenty of chairs in the porch and living room. Very clean - we saw no insects the 6 weeks we stayed there. There are 2 nice, inexpensive golf courses nearby. Highly recommend and hopefully we will return. 4.99 star rating Dave & Lynne February 1 to March 15, 2023
