Spacious family friendly 85 square meters villa (3 bedrooms) with spectacular sea views, terrace and a beautiful garden. A quiet hilltop location in a gated condominium of Villaggio Edilhouse. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. Fits maximum of 6 people (2 double beds, a bunk bed and two single beds).

Children travel cot and a child booster seat available. Kitchen refitted in 2017 including a modern dishwasher, gas stove top, oven and cupboards.

Down the hill you’ll find a supermarket, restaurant and a pharmacy. The village market for fresh local food products on Thursdays and Saturdays from June until September about 10 mins walk away.

1 hour drive from Cagliari Airport via new highway. About 1 km / 15 minutes walk to the beach. Renting a car recommended as you can visit more beaches near by and the public transport is not very reliable in Sardinia.

Located in Marina Rei area of Costa Rei village featuring high ceilings, covered terrace, sun loungers, outdoor lighting, fire place, outside barbecue, and two private parking spaces. The villa has 3 double bedrooms (one of them a first floor mezzanine), kitchen lounge (with dishwasher), bathroom (with shower), outdoor shower with hot water and laundry.

A walking distance to a stunning 12km long white sandy beach with a spectrum of turquoise and blue waters rated as one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world by Lonely Planet. Located within a well serviced seaside village of Costa Rei benefiting of close vicinity of a range of restaurants, specialist shopping facilities including pasticceria, pescheria, rosticceria, local cheese farm and clothes shops) and a super market & pharmacy.

There are wide range of activities available from quad tours / horse riding tours to renting of bicycles, boats, cars, surf boards ,a diving school and a possibility to visit close by archaeological ancient Sardinian Nuraghi settlements. The nearest Golf course is Tanka Golf & Country Club The 18-hole par 70, designed by Luigi Rota Caremoli, is 5418 m long about 20km drive away.

Lovely and exceptional views. Great location. Property has all you may need for a week’s stay. The owners are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.

Very nice place with beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay at Matti‘s and Silvia‘s beautiful house. It is located in quiet surroundings and offers everything you need including a very nice garden. The beach, supermarket and restaurants are very close - only fiew minutes by car. Silvia and Matti were very helpful and reachable anytime. We were happy all around.

Comfy home with amazing view and garden

We had a great time at Mattis and Silvias home. The house is located on a hill and provides a beautiful garden and an amazing view down to the coast of Costa Rei. We stayed with our 17 months old son. The house was equipped with a child's bed and a child's chair. Also some toys were there with which he could play in the garden. So very family friendly. Only negative point (for us) was the missing air conditioning. During the heatwave the temp. did not go below 27-28 degrees during the night so the house could not cool down properly. However, we knew of the fact that no AC was available (but a ventilator) and during "normal" days it was also not such an issue. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the house! Also, Silvia was always ready to help and replied very fast to our questions. Thank you Silvia & Matti :-) Best wishes from Switzerland, Marc, Sonia & Mauro

Thanks Marc and Sonia and little Mauro, you have been such lovely guests and such a shame you had to bear the heatwave. After your experience we have now decided to in fact install the air conditioning in the house. It’s generally quite fresh up in the hill but this year the heat was so extraordinary and the best course of action is to have the AC if that happens again even if it means using it only a couple of times. So sorry for you though as of course it’s not help for you you now. Have a great rest of the summer and hope next time in Sardinia the weather will be more manageable! All the best, Silvia and Matti

Hübscher Garten mit atemberaubenden Meerblick

-Tolle Außendusche mit Warmwasser -schöne Terrasse und Garten mit fantastischem Meerblick -Einrichtung im Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig -zum Parkplatz sind es leider ein paar Meter zu Fuß (bergauf) -schöne Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (3 und 6) hier drei schöne Wochen verbracht. Angenehm waren die drei Klimaanlagen im Haus und ausreichender Insektenschutz.

hat uns sehr gut gefallen. das haus war sauber und gemäss angaben. die kommunikation mit der vermieterin lief reibungslos. für alle, die mit kleinkind verreisen: vorsicht, die beeren die entlang am zaun wachsen sind giftig (wandelröschen). insgesamt waren wir mega happy. danke!

Thanks for the heads up on the garden plants too, I had to check with Simone our gardener as I am not aware we have that plant and in fact we do not! It is on the fence with the neighbours, some flowers overlapped on our side, so we have now removed them. Generally speaking most of the plants used around fences on the coastal areas in Sardinia (like oleanders, mitre, buganvillea) are recommended not to be touched, better be safe than sorry! And thanks again for the Swiss chocolate you left, was delicious! :)

Un grazioso piccolo angolo di paradiso.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. La casa perfettamente pulita e funzionale e di buon confort. Ambiente molto rilassante. Il giardino è fiorito e la sua vista è magnifica. Ci è piaciuto molto fare una siesta all'ombra sotto l'olivo. Ringraziamo di cuore Matti, Mimmo e senza dimenticare Sylvia per l'accoglienza e tutti i loro buoni consigli. È una casa che consigliamo ai nostri amici senza esitazione. Grazie a voi.

A piece of paradise

We spent 2 weeks in Silvia and Matti's lovely house and we genuinely didn't want to leave. The house itself was cosy but was also plenty spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable - which are the two things we care most about. The garden was great for the kids to roll around in and we strung up a hammock in the garden and spent many happy hours just reading in the lovely cooling breeze. The outdoor shower is absolutely incredible to wash the sand off after a day at the beach, not to mention moonlit showers before bed. Without fail, every single beach nearby is pristine and utterly stunning. We used our car to get down to them as it's quite a steep walk back up the hill with all your beach gear and 2 small people, but it would definitely be do-able if you didn't mind taking your time. Silvia is incredibly responsive and replied to messages very quickly and was friendly and professional throughout. She gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants as well as good beaches. All in all, I highly recommend and I think Silvia and Matti will probably have another booking from us at some point in the not too distant future!

Tolles Ferienhaus für eine Familie

Wir haben in diesem schönen Ferienhaus 16 Tage verbringen dürfen. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und bietet ausreichend Schatten, um sich mittags von der intensiven Sonne zu erholen. Mit einem Mietwagen, der erforderlich sein dürfte, da das Haus oben auf einem Berg liegt, sind sämtliche Strände der Costa Rei in 5-15 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Die Strände sind sehr gut geeignet für Kleinkinder. Das Ferienhaus hat eine zweckmäßige Ausstattung und eine tolle Dusche im Garten. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia, der Vermieterin, lief problemlos über SMS. Sämtliche unserer Fragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

cozy house in stunning surroundings

We have just returned home after 2 wonderful weeks in Silvia and Matti houses and we are so grateful for their hospitality. Always helpful and respond promptly to messages. We can definitely recommend this little cozy house in stunning surroundings. The house is well equipped with many things. However, we could have used a little more softer chairs outside, but that's also the only thing to say. We Will come Back again :)

We had a lovely stay

We had a lovely stay, the house is situated on a hill in a calm residence with a beautiful view and a little garden, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The house was very clean and well equipped, we enjoyed having an outdoor shower ( especially because the bathroom shower is quite small) and loved using the BBQ for fish dinners on the terrace. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Down the hill you find a supermarket and other grocery shopping stores and restaurants as well as a market where you can buy fresh local products on Thursdays and Saturdays. Overall a great stay!

The sea view is absolutely beautiful. Also the villa is on a hill in a quiet and private location but still in the Costa Rei village with restaurants, supermarket and shops near by and a walking distance to the beach. Tucked away with relaxing and tranquil surroundings really lets your mind rest on your holiday. The large terrace is ideal for spending time with friends and family, enjoying a meal, the sun, the sea views and the flowers of the garden with well designed lighting system enabling enjoyment even late at night when it's already dark outside. Even on the hottest summer months the location on the hill and high ceilings allows the breeze to cool you down during the nights. This is the holiday home for our family of three and big enough to have friends and family over but small enough to be low maintenance with many activities to do and attractions around. We simply love spending our time here!
