You and your companions can enjoy preparing home-cooked meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, then look forward to a great night's sleep thanks to the property's cozy atmosphere.

Absolutely everything she said it was. So very clean. Nice and neat. Very cute. Tons of room. Easy to work with. Loved it. Highly recommend! Just had a hard time finding it at night. That was our fault, we got behind schedule and it got dark on us.

The Orchard was beautifully decorated and located with a cute small town and just 25 minutes to Zion. The beds were comfy and everything was well stocked. The hot tub was wonderful after each day of hiking. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Location

This was a really nice property that was in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed and it was nice to have a king bed in all of the bedrooms.

Great location for Zion

We had a great stay with family to hike Zion & Bryce Canyon. Quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and close to everything. Kitchen was stocked and had everything for cooking meals for our family.

Wonderful Stay for Zion Memorial Day 2025

This house worked perfectly for my family of 7 adults. We loved picking cherries from the backyard and made use of the hot tub. Great Kitchen and dining table. Great couch easily fit 7 with a nice big TV. Great Coffee/Pizza place down the road. Easy access to Zion.

Zion trip

Lovely, quiet home

The house is so lovely with comfortable furnishings and beautiful decor. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We were close to restaurants in laverkin and only 25 min from the Zion National Park main entrance. The house was very clean. The host was communicative. Check out was super easy.

Only about a 25 minute from Zions, very convenient. The kitchen was AMAZING. The family room & kitchen was quite open so made it nice for our big group to socialize. Clean space, and the cute area.

Loved the hot tub!

Very comfortable house for large groups of adults. Kitchen was well equipped, living area was very spacious. One bedroom on entrance level, three bedrooms in basement downstairs, all nicely furnished and clean. Hot tub on downstairs patio was very enjoyable after a long day of hiking!

50th birthday celebration

Just 3 girls staying and going to hike Zion! lots of room, great space. used the hot tub and loved the persimmon and pomegranate trees on the property. about 25 minutes to the main Zion gates.

A perfect place for a family getaway

The Orchard is even better than it looks in the pictures. Gorgeous design, super layout that includes a main level bedroom and bath. Everything is super clean and will stocked. The host was very easy and helpful to work with. La Verkin is really nicely located between both sections of Zion National Park and it is also close to the bigger community of St George. I highly recommend The Orchard.

Family hiking trip

We stayed here for a few nights on the Zion leg of a family hiking trip. The house is great for a mix of adults and kids. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with smart details (like shelves instead of old dressers) that make it easier to live out of a suitcase. The kitchen was well equipped and both kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. La Verkin is a short ride to the park, but we also enjoyed the local hike up to the lookout and running through neighborhoods. Would love to stay again.

Great experience with great location

Stayed here to hike in Zion 2 days. This property is large and can accommodate a family or group stay. Lots of room to cook and spend time together. It is less than 30 minutes away from Zion and the drive there is beautiful. It was nice to relax in the private hot tub after a long day of hiking. The property was extremely clean and had everything one would need. Communicating with the host was easy and they responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again. We did not need anything in La Verkin, but there were grocery options and restaurants. And Hurricane is just a couple minutes away if you needed something more.

The Perfect Zion Accommodations

My family, brother, sister-in-law, and nephew just completed our stay at The Orchard and couldn't have been happier. The home is beautifully furnished and kid friendly, which we appreciated. We LOVED having 4 king-sized beds (no fighting over the best room like we usually experience with our VRBO stays elsewhere) and private enough space for our group of 8. The mattresses were SO comfortable with high quality linens. Loved the black-out roller shades and how quiet and private the setting was after some long days of hiking. The grocery store and great food & coffee are close by. We especially loved the Indian restaurant down the street (butter chicken was awesome). It was nice to be a short drive to everything we needed and a little off the beaten path to avoid the Zion crowds. Kids loved hanging in the hot tube after a cold Narrows hike. Kaela was quick to respond to messenges and gave us advanced warning the dishwasher was going to be replaced the day of.our departure so we wouldn't be surprised. We are so happy we found The Grove!

AC not working in hot summer day

We stay during the 4th of July for 2 nights but the AC not working during our stay. It's 105+++ degree weather and inside the house was 85 degree. Not only the AC not working, Kitchen's hood isn't working and there is no ice machine available. So it's make our stay even uncomfortable. We tired to look for another house but it's way too late where all house are fully booked and nothing available. The owner is offer a tiny house in the garge where the AC is working but it won't fit our group. So some of us that can't stand the heat in the house after the long hiking stayed in there. The orchard is nice and cooling down in the morning and it's the only things we enjoy during our stay. The owner gave us one day refund both night came out to be $522. When they said 1 day refund I was expecting about half of what we pay back. It was a nightmare vacation and we feel like we don't want to comeback to Zion during summer again. By the way when we checked out technician have to replace the new unit of AC already.

Property and location were just perfect

We had a wonderful stay. The orchard was beautiful. Clean and more than enough rooms for our adult party of six. Kitchen and grill met our needs. Three full baths. No issued getting ready to go to Zion n Bryce NP. Highly recommend.

Great space for visiting with family

Nice open floor plan - Very comfortable beds (not 4 Kings though. 3 kings + 1 day bed and 1 queen with bunk) - nice big kitchen - Beautiful orchard - you can tell someone once loved this as their home.

3 King Beds. Spacious living area. Local town has adequate amenities, outlined in handbook by owner. Off-street parking in driveway is good, but entry from unpaved street tricky for low-clearance vehicles.

Great Place

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Zion. It was a quick drive to the park, and in the evenings we were able to try the various restaurants in the area. The home was clean and spacious & my kids loved the hot tub

Utah oasis

This home was awesome. Lots of room, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Very quiet and relaxing. Owners very helpful and gracious. Deck and yard was very relaxing. Trees and flowers are budding and blooming. You can tell that this place is taken care of with lots of love. I would highly recommend this home to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.
