Villa mandolin wind is located close, (a 10 minute stroll away), from the beautiful village of Keri Limini with its picturesque shoreline, and the stunning view of Marathia Island, which dominates the turquoise blue bay. Here a sandy tree-lined beach leads to a small stone harbour with mooring facilities; visitors can hire boats, go turtle spotting and enjoy excursions including the Shipwreck cove and Blue Caves, or learn to dive in its crystal waters. The traditional family run tavernas offer delicious, authentic Greek cuisine and local wines.

Our family villa is built amongst the olive groves with local stone, inspired by its natural surroundings it is influenced by local architecture and old world charm blending harmoniously with the beauty of the national forest.

This generously spacious villa has ample parking for several cars and is built on two floors; it features elegant Italian tiles and marble throughout, with old characterful olive tree lintels and traditional hand-made doors. Air-conditioning units are included in all rooms along with mosquito blinds on every window.
There is a well-equipped traditional kitchen with farmhouse table and chairs which leads through a spectacular arch to the comfortable lounge, complete with satellite T.V, Wi-Fi, audio system,internet access, writing desk and log–burning fireplace.
The lounge benefits from French doors that lead out onto a covered terrace equipped with wooden table and chairs for perfect al-fresco dining.
Two twin bedrooms with access to the external patio area, furnished with solid Oak furniture and private en-suite facilities complete the ground floor.
A marble stair case leads to the second floor; here two double bedrooms and one twin room all with en-suite facilities have individual access to an expansive, partially shaded sun terrace with Table Tennis. The Terrace is an ideal place for Yoga, Meditation and contemplation,(matts provided) or just for an evening cocktail or drinks.
Guests can lounge in sun or shade, dine at the parasol covered dining table, partake in a game of table tennis or just marvel at breath-taking views of the hillsides and valleys.
Guests may even spot a bird of prey soaring on the thermals.

The private (40m2) pool includes an outdoor shower, and is surrounded by charming terracing allowing ample space for guests to relax against a peaceful backdrop, the area is further enhanced by a bespoke, hand built barbeque, alternatively, indulge yourself with a quiet read in the hammock nestling in the olive terraces.


Enabling guests to enjoy the outdoor dining and cooking experience day or night, as the pool area is softly lit once the sun goes down over the surrounding hills.
