The beach house

Family house of 120 M2 at the foot of the dune, our property offers the possibility for a large family or friends to come and rest while forgetting the car. The dune climb you arrive on the south beach (supervised) and the surf club, all the shops and restaurant are at the end of the street (400m). At the other end of the street is the Landes nature reserve and its wild beaches. Our house consists of 2 floors which allow everyone to enjoy a space. Each floor has a bathroom and a toilet. The ground floor develops a large fitted kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms, an independent WC and a bathroom. The first floor offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 WC. The garden is equipped with a large table, a garden furniture for aperitif or nap in the shade of a huge palm tree and of course a large barbecue to enjoy the holidays. This house is also our second home, the furniture, bedding and equipment are of high quality. A reserved parking space (commodity more than rare in Mimizan).
