4-bedroom house for business trips only between Orléans and Gien

This house has been designed and furnished for our business travelers.

We provide housekeeping services once a week, and linens and towels are changed every two weeks.

In addition to the four bedrooms, the living room can be converted into an extra bedroom.

Extra-large beds (180 x 200 cm). Beds are made upon arrival. Each bedroom has a large-screen TV.

Wired and HD Wi-Fi internet access is available.

Walk-in showers, towels, and toiletries are provided in both bathrooms. There are two separate toilets.

The kitchen is fully equipped (dish towels and cleaning supplies are provided).

The living room can be converted into an additional bedroom (double bed 140 x 200 cm).

A gated parking area can accommodate up to six cars (or three or four vans).

A large, very quiet garden. Barbecue available.

The village is located 4 km from the expressway to Orléans and 1 km from the departmental road leading to Gien.

The 1920s stone house was completely renovated in 2021. It combines the charm of traditional homes with modern comforts. The house is on two floors.

On the first floor (mezzanine), a lovely hallway leads to a 14 m² kitchen, a 16 m² living room, a 14 m² bedroom (with parquet flooring), a 14 m² bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs: three bedrooms ranging from 10 to 14 m², a 10 m² bathroom, and a separate toilet.
