1. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.
2. All guests must complete LIVMTL’s online check-in process. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.
3. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
4. Guests cannot book a reservation in their city of residence or for a third party without prior consent from the host. If you are from the greater Montreal area or booking for someone else, please contact us first. Instant reservations of this nature are not allowed and may be canceled without notice.
5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in private balconies and shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 499 CAD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.
6. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
7. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
8. Pets are allowed with a $99 fee. Please inform us of the pet type/breed and ensure pets do not cause noise or damage. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. A photo of the pet is required 5 days prior to check-in. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
9. LIVMTL Properties may use video surveillance in public areas.
10. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
11. In case of emergencies like low battery on door locks or electrical and plumbing issues, our team may enter the apartment without prior consent to fix the issue for the safety of our guests and the building.
12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules.
