Nestled in the Arts and Crafts Community, within walking distance (1/2 mile, no sidewalk) of craft shops and Restaurants. Long flat driveway, roads to cabin have no steep drop offs, hairpin turns and are accessable year round!! Just 5 minute drive to well stocked grocery, 10 minutes from Gatlinburg's downtown strip and 15 minutes from Dollywood's back entrance with great outlet shopping in Pigeon Forge! Hike from the property or drive 15 minutes to Laurel Falls and 40 minutes to Cade's Cove for biking, history and wildlife viewing. Chapel in the Glen and Wedding Chapel in the Glades located less than 1 mile from the cabin. Blink electric car charging station located 2 miles from cabin.

Professional housekeeper with quality linens and towels provided.

King Orthopedic bed in master with large walk in closet, private bathroom with couples shower and deck with hot tub. The 2nd bedroom has poker set, board games, books, plus a full size bed and a door for privacy (no closet) The living room has plush sofa and a Lazy-boy recliner, gel fueled fireplace (all fuel provided) 32 in HD flat screen. Kitchen is fully equipped, table can easily seat 6. Guest bath and laundry room with new washer and dryer.

Cabin is a much loved, cozy retreat with knotty pine walls, ceiling and floors in the main room with vaulted ceilings and beams. Carpet in the bed rooms. TV in master bedroom and living room equipped with ROKU device so enjoy your favorite streaming service! Chairs on the front porch to enjoy the peace and quiet. Great yard for kids to play in. Fire pit and picnic table are on the property and you will be delighted with occasional wildlife viewing as wildlife wanders by.

We do have an exterior security camera

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay, perfect for honeymoons with couples shower in master bathroom, private hot tub, luxury linens and classic cabin décor. Enjoy an anniversary or small-family vacation. Perfect for traveling with pets or children since toys, movies, books and games are provided and there is a large yard with natural barriers to the road. (No sidewalks)

I have been going to gatlinburg for 20 years now and have always stayed at similar priced cabins. This by far has been the best. For the first time i would say i would stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The location is perfect — close enough to downtown to explore easily, yet secluded enough to feel peaceful and private. The cabin was in perfect shape when we arrived, and I had a blast watching movies and playing air hockey (even though I lost). The hot tub was a fantastic addition and felt amazing on a chilly night. Highly recommend!

Loved this cabin. It is in a great location to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Beautiful property and plenty of space. Our dog loved the yard. We enjoyed the privacy of the jacuzzi. Our first night there was a lightning storm and the power was out when we got back from dinner. Reached out to the property owner and got a quick update and the outage was reported. It was out for about 45 minutes so we sat on the porch listening to the rain and watching the lightning bugs. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

Perfect spot

Extremely happy with our stay. Great distance from EVERYTHING. The Hot tub was amazing! We are so grateful that we could bring our disabled cat, Little Nemo.We saw 3 bears!

Always the Best!

This was our 4th stay in 7 years at this property. It has been kept up to date and as fresh as the first time we stayed there. Even though it rained all week, our Luna Girl (30 lb. labradoodle) loved running through the yard. Location is perfect as we spend time in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Looking forward to our next trip!

Traveling with my dogs

I loved the property and the location. The cabin was very clean and had everything I needed. My dogs were with me and they had plenty of space and a yard for them to go out. I even saw a bear coming down the driveway! It was located about 10 minutes from downtown and close to some local restaurants and the grocery store. The arts and crafts area was nearby and had lots of cute shops. I really hope to stay here again!

Close to Everything Gatlinburg

Apple Treehouse was a great place for our family and pup. Everything was nice and clean. Check in was great, Laura had quick responses during booking.

I want all of my guest to enjoy their stay at The Apple Treehouse. I won't solicit reviews from you because your stay is a vacation! I do appreciate any reviews left but most of all I want your stay to be hassle free, relaxing and fun!
August 2015 we have made upgrades of a 40 inch flat screen and upgrades in bedding. The yard is also in a constant state of improvements. I love to work on the yard in my mountain get away!

My husband and I decided on The Apple Tree House after a long search for the perfect property. We bought it at the end of 2005 and still spend lots of time enjoying our mountain get-away. We all love hiking from the property and the large front yard. We origionally wanted a 'mountain view' but decided the large yard had a great view and we were never worried about our house falling off the side of a mountain or our children falling off a deck! Plus the roads are always passable and no one gets car sick because the roads have NO hairpin turns or steep drop offs. You won't need chains for your trip and no fear of getting 'stuck' by inclement weather
