Amazing place to stay!

What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful home, gracious host and a hot tub and espresso machine as added bonuses! Kitchen is perfect for “cooking in!” Would 10/10 stay there again!

The hot tub was awesome and the house had plenty of room for us (there were 3 couples) could have easily had another couple. We didn't cook much but the kitchen had all that we needed if we were to cook.

Exactly where you need to stay

Our family was celebrating high school graduation. The house was excellent! There are a ton of stairs so we were worried about the little ones but it worked well. There is so much space that if we had needed a break from one another, we wouldn't have seen each other. The outdoor areas were our favorite. Quiet and peaceful. I think there are 5 different areas to hang out outside and we used them all!

Family Fun

This home provided our family with plenty of space in comfortable rooms and an equally spacious yard with decks to enjoy fun in the sun (also shade when needed.) Michael is an excellent host and made sure we were thoroughly informed about all the house had to offer. The location is ideal to Rocky Mt College as we were in town for a graduation there. Located close to the fairgrounds, restaurants and plenty of trails along the rim rock. An awesome and luxurious stay!

Super fun property. Everything was super clean and Mike was really nice to deal with. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We go to Billings every year at this time and would rent this house again for sure! ( if Mike will have us back!)

Amazing place for families to gather with enuf space!

Mike was amazing and very helpful, great guy! The house is pretty amazing, so big and so much room we played Marco Polo to find where a person was in the house, made the trip even more memorable!! Will definitely rent this property again!!

Great house for family and close to everything in Billings

Mike was very flexible and met us later in the evening for check in. He showed us around the house and made sure we knew all the details of the house. This house was great for my family to get together and have time to relax. Definitely would stay at this house again. 😊

Not up to VRBO standards

Mike was a nice host and a good communicator. The house was a good size for our group of 6 adults and 3 young children. Unfortunately, we had to do significant cleaning upon our arrival. Lots of dead bugs on the floors, dusty, mouse poop in kitchen cabinet, crumbs on the table, crusted food on utensils, dirty clothes in hamper, open drinks in fridge, food remnants in basement, cigar butts in flower pots, broken glass bottles in backyard, etc. Also found a condom wrapper under a bed and fishnet lingerie in a closet. Mike was generally receptive to our feedback, had someone come clean the kitchen again, and provided a small discount when we asked. We regularly vacation in VRBO homes and this house fell far short of the expectations we have of a property rented on VRBO.

Excellent home, location not what we expected

Mike is a great host with a wonderful home, he was very helpful and personable and there was plenty for us to do around billings. We didn't quite expect the house to be as into town as it was, but we ended up having a wonderful time regardless! Thanks again Mike for your hospitality.

Ideal home for our family reunion

We were looking for a house that would accommodate four couples, 2 young children and my 90-year-old grandmother for our first family reunion post COVID. Mike’s house was perfect! There was plenty of room (indoors and outdoors) to entertain the family, the beds were comfortable, all amenities were provided as listed and the location was conveniently located for ease to airport and downtown. Mike was a wonderful host - he was very responsive to all inquiries, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in his home. Great experience for the whole family!

Exceeding expectation property

Mike was on the property to explain everything - great to have that knowledge up front with not wondering if there were extra items to consider. The property provided ALL that was advertised - meeting all of our expectations. All of the occupants were fully satisfied with the stay. The advertised price for this property was reasonable for the ammenties received. No surprises on the location - as it met all of our needs. Very satisfied overall

Mike is very easy to deal with and was very responsive to our needs. The layout of the house is very conducive to groups with varied ages. There are several distinct areas in the house for various groups to recreate. One caution, anyone in your group unable to navigate stairs will have a problem. There are about 5 different levels requiring stairs; our shower even had three steps. Hot tub, sauna, appliances all worked fine. Only issue would be the outdoor grill needed cleaning. We are VRBO veterans...if the property is as advertised, has appropriate amenities and appliances, is clean, not in a dangerous neighborhood, and allows for appropriate social and commercial interaction (i.e. congregate eating, socializing, shopping, dining, games, etc.) we are happy. We have stayed in A, B and C property and been happy in each case because it was what we agreed to. I would say Mike's property is a B+, not an A only because of its age, although furniture and appliances were more recent upgrades.

Mikes Place!

We really enjoyed Mikes home! It is a large 3-story home that is fun and would be perfect for large families or gatherings. The home is nicely appointed and geared for entertaining with great amenities such as sauna, hot tub, pool table, large TV's with access to various programming, ping pong table, patios, decks and bar. The beds were very comfortable! Mike was very responsive and a pleasure to meet. He was helpful with providing us information regarding local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again! This is a unique house that worked well for our large family group. We had a few issues with the stairs between the kitchen and dining area... no railing for older folks to hold onto.. but overall we really enjoyed our stay.
