CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:
1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows: • REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold. • CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions: o Credits shall not expire o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply
2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.
3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.
4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. The move must occur within the same Villa that was originally booked, and rate changes may apply.

Unbelievable property and location
The Wailea Beach Villas was the perfect location for our family of 6. Much cheaper than renting two hotel rooms and much more space and functionality. Very pleased with every aspect of our stay!

Amazing stay
I cannot say enough good things about our stay… the rental was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The property was amazing as well, we enjoyed the adult pool daily and the local beaches. The location of the property is too notch and near everything you’ll ever need! Can’t wait for our next trip!

Beautiful condo we shared with two other couples. The views are spectacular and we even saw the whales. The kitchen was fully equipped and we made use of the bbq grill. I would stay here again!

Great time with the family
Incredible place to stay. Great amenities. Clean, close to the beach, well thought out. Would definitely come back. I didn’t get responses through the app from the property manager, but the front desk had their phone number, which worked just fine.

Wailea PH 203
Property location is great which is a gated community, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. The PH condo units are all in the back but this one was a little dated and kitchen had an electric flat stove top which are not great to cook on and very little counter space. My son is a chef so maybe we’re being a little critical. Little bit of a walk to beach especially with small kids and all their beach stuff. We prefer to stay in villas which are closer and have already booked one for next year
