What a joy to discover this beautiful and spacious house where you can get together with friends or family (ideal for 4 adults and 4 children). The house is located in a secure residence and the beach is just 250m away with direct access.



Located in La Guérinière, this single-storey house of 110 m² comprises a 50 m² lounge-dining room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, including one at the end of the house in a quiet location, 2 bathrooms with 2 hair dryers and 2 toilets. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The independent kitchen is perfectly equipped: microwave, oven, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle... You have a washing machine and tumble dryer, located in the garage. The French doors open directly onto the terraces, one facing due East and the other of 35m2 facing due West. The terraces and tree-lined garden, with garden furniture, the barbecue, and the table tennis table (with bats and balls), allow you to enjoy in turn the shade and sun of the Vendée coast. Children will easily keep themselves occupied with books, e-readers and numerous DVDs and VHS, board games and outdoor games. You will also find available a baby bed and high chair for the little ones (on request before your arrival).



The advantage of an island is that a change of scenery is immediate there, whether for a weekend or a long holiday stay. The island of Noirmoutier is no exception to the rule, even though a bridge provides access to it. Life flows at the rhythm of swimming, rock pooling expeditions, cycling trips, meal breaks and stops on terraces. Discovering the island also leads you towards the charming village of Vieil and the pontoons of Herbaudière harbour. Not forgetting the Gois, Europe's only submersible road for reaching the mainland, where you can drive at water level before the tide covers it.
