The house is located at the end of a quiet and peaceful hamlet, 5 minutes drive from the beautiful medieval village of Malzieu-Ville. High quality shops with local products, small supermarket, cellar, artisans. 15 minutes from the A75 motorway, you will be charmed by nature and authentic villages.

The house is at the dead-end of a small group of houses, 5 minutes driving from an amazing medieval village The Malzieu-Ville where you will find very good food at traditional very nice shopkeepers. Nature, fresh air, silence and peace only 15 minutes far from the highway, between Clermont-Ferrand and Montpellier.
