Superb 4-bedroom villa with VIP all-inclusive gold bracelets

We definitely agree with you—the upgrades are really worth it. While one can enjoy a great trip to Lifestyles without the top-level all-inclusive amenities, the extra level of luxury in terms of the quality of the experience are in our opinion excellent value for money. It is part of what makes the resort a choice for a wide variety of travelers—those who want a great value for money at the lower price-levels, and, also for those who want exceptional value for money with all the bells and whistles at a higher price-level. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and we remind you we offer returning guests a returning guest discount. As you said the resort is so "huge", one needs more than one trip to experience everything.

We are delighted that your group had an amazing trip that gave you the feeling of 'WOW!'. Anja's for lunch is often overlooked, but we agree with you, it is one of our favorites. We would love to host your group again and we suggest trying the black band upgrade for access to the Azul and Vienna Coffee House which are also awesome places as well as the wonderful Deja View Beach. We hope you will feel like Lifestyle can be a second home and come back again to enjoy this special jewel in the Caribbean. Finally, let me say that we always offer returning guests a 5% discount. Sincerely, Michael Wells on behalf of John Wells

We are so pleased that the mother-daughter trip to celebrate a 21st birthday was such an awesome experience! There are so many great things to enjoy at Lifestyle Resort - one of my favorite as you also discovered is having a private chef cook breakfast for us to our specifications in our villa every morning though I do occasionally also like to go and enjoy the cornucopia on offer at the breakfast buffets in the restaurants as well. I agree VIP Beach is very nice, though you might also enjoy upgrading to 'Black' band on your next trip to experience not only the more exclusive Deja View beach but also enjoy an extended variety of top-brand international premium alcoholic drinks on offer at various venues around the resort as well as at the villa. I do hope you will book again and we are always here to help make it happen.

Dear Sarah Baehman, I am particularly glad that you said that you had an amazing vacation, great excursions, and found the location really beautiful. It is also true that the cook who comes into the villa in the mornings to cook, does really great custom-to-order breakfasts. I always enjoy that amenity. I was dismayed to hear after you checked in that you had difficulties with the hot water, a leak in the bathroom, and getting the drinks packages delivered. I wish you had not waited until after your booking with us had finished and had told us during your stay because if you experience issues during your stay and you reach out to us, we will contact our representative to help ensure they are addressed. I am pleased that most of the issues were finally addressed by the resort and that you were able to enjoy the same villa for the second booking with your RCI timeshare. I might also add that with 90+ Crown Villas on the resort and no way to know which you will be assigned in advance, our photographs are only indicative of the type of Crown Villa you will be allocated. That should have been made clearer. The drink package does need to be picked up from the vineyard which is located near the excursions center – it is no longer delivered to the Villa. I am not sure if that was the reason for the delay – or some confusion surrounding your “double” booking with us and RCI. It is unfortunate that your RCI booking was unable to extend the Gold VIP benefits we offered to your group during the initial three days. I do hope you will have another opportunity to enjoy the wonderful amenities the resort has to offer, and if I may make a suggestion, try our upgraded black band for access to even more exclusive member only amenities. Best Regards, John Wells

Thank you for you positive comment about 'Great Communication with Property Owner'. Indeed, after delays from maintenance that far exceeded the normal response times we expect, we reached out to management, expressing our dissatisfaction and they were able to accelerate things. Having a golf cart tire blow out shortly after pick-up was a first for me. This must be a very rare occurrence. We also find the in-villa catered barbecue experience has 'food to feed an army'. I personally avoid all the sea food items they often bring to the barbecue and I have never experienced sickness yet, though there can always be a first time. I am pleased that you found the villa stunning and the pool clean. The beaches are beautiful and cabanas are a great place to hang out. If you should return, I will remind you that returning guests are offered an additional returning-guest discount.
