This quaint, cozy townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still remains conveniently close to downtown Jackson, Story Land, and a wealth of other nearby attractions. Step inside to find a recently renovated kitchen, a large living room with a vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace, and a private master suite with an inset jetted bathtub to soothe those sore muscles after a day of exploring the terrain. You'll also have a gas grill out back for family barbecues on summer evenings.

With downtown Jackson one mile north and Story Land only one mile south, you'll be close to everything here! North Conway, seven miles south, is home to the Conway Scenic Railway, Jeb's General Store, and an assortment of outlet stores and restaurants. The renowned Kancamagus Highway offers a beautiful drive with amazing views and places to stop to swim, hike, or simply bask in the scenery that surrounds you. The ski slopes of Attitash Mountain Resort are five miles south, and the Mount Washington Resort Golf Club is 25 miles northwest.

Quiet and clean

The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home! Plenty of seating, luxurious couch. Three bedrooms provide good sleeping space. The washer and dryer made our stay enjoyable.

Great ski chalet! Would return again!

Fantastic home, we would stay again! We used it for skiing at Bretton woods and came home and cooked each night. Fully stocked kitchen, house was spotless with clean sheets and towels ready for us and the heat was turned on so we entered a warm home. The space was perfect for us thank you for a great stay and all the amenities!

Fabulous!!!

We loved our stay. The property was even better in person. So charming, cozy home like feel and clean. We are very picky and canā€™t say enough good things. Close to everything and still nice and quiet when away from the hot spots. Vacasa were wonderful hosts. So easy to work with.

Very worthwhile.

Had a hard time opening the door because it was difficult to open the chamber that contained the key. Place clean with comfortable beds. Great location. Needed some assistance from Vasca and they got right on it.

Top bed very comfortable. Rooms were decent size. Kitchen well equipped. Home is very dated, but served itā€™s purpose for 2 nights. Exterior grounds need lots of attention . A/c in upstairs Br only.(and we needed to install ourselves in high window over bed) 2 box fans provided but hot as heck when we arrived.

Good location for skiing, and good space for the price

This is in a very convenient location if you plan to ski both Wildcat and Attitash. The area is quiet, but it is right off of the highway for easy access. You do have to walk across an icy path from the parking area to the front door, so it would be nice if that was better maintained. Also, the mattress in the upstairs bedroom is the hardest any of us had ever seen, so that's not the best following a day of skiing, and the foosball table is in danger of falling apart at any moment due to a loose leg. Given all of that, the place was still very well equipped, there was room for our family of 7 comfortably, and the furniture other than the one bed was very comfortable.

Dirty and smells with no customer support

Checked in with kids. Smelt of dead mice. Found mouse poop in kitchen and living room. Found dead mouse by fireplace. Upstairs bed was not sleepable on. AC still in windows in March. Made several attempts to contact rental agency, Vacasa, with one response and that person never followed up. Left that night and went to a Marriott.

Great location

The location is great. Halfway between Attitash and Wildcat if you are a skier. It was fun with the jetted tub and Foosball table, and nice big couch to hang out on. A little cramped in the space with a full sized table AND island. Would remove table. Clearly a new purchase by someone who will hopefully finish up some minor remodeling to make it a bit nicer. Has awesome potential! Owner was very responsive when we couldn't figure out how to get the tub to work. BEWARE when you rent, this is managed by VACASA, a rental agency. Not only do you pay a VRBO fee but a VACASA fee which together was pricey, AND the cleaning fee was expensive on top of that (which I'd give cleanliness a 3 out of 5). Still really frustrated by all this. Also disappointed that the price we paid per night was not what we thought we saw on VRBO. That's what I get for not double checking when I hit book.

Rodents anyone?

The place was disgusting upon arrival. There was a dead mouse in the living room (my children almost stepped on it) floor was not vacuumed, swept or mopped. Old food was all over table, counters, chairs and floor (no wonder why they have mice) dishwasher was full of dirty dishes ans smelled like there may be more dead mice. Vacasa property management didn't acknowledge any of these complaints until I called them, after I contacted them thre automated service and the texting service they offer. The location was great but the cleanliness was terrible.

Great time!

Exceeded expectations. Clean and cozy. Great location to Storyland and Echo Lake, restaurants. Only complaint is that downstairs shower was very slippery. A bath mat and grab bar would be good.

Cozy home away from home!

This was a great place for my husband and I and our 4 children ages 1-8 to stay for our 3 night trip to NH! We especially loved having our own little getaway space with a luxurious tub upstairs while the kids enjoyed having the downstairs to themselves in the evening. We'd definitely come back again next year!

Location ideal, property was cute house was great size. Could use a few fixings. Bunk bed very wobbly, light in living room Behind couch wobbly, hooks in down stairs bathroom broken. Overall it was good! Would rent again!
