Casa La Bella, our beautiful home located in Garrafon Park, Punta Sur, Isla Mujeres. This spectacular newly built home is surrounded by the ocean on all three sides offering sunrise views from the rooftop privacy deck or sunsets from the poolside patio. It boasts four bedrooms (3 master suites with king beds and private baths) and 4.5 baths. The finishes are impeccable with marble and granite throughout. The infinity pool creates a mirage of blue flowing water across the Caribbean to the coastline of Cancun. This home has all of the amenities to make your vacation private, peaceful and relaxing.

The natural beauty, abundant wildlife and year round great weather offers you a getaway second to none. Isla is a charming island with great character. The restaurants offer a variety of international flavors: Italian, French, Caribbean, Cuban, Mexican and American. A vibrant downtown is just a ten minute cab ride away. Great food, shopping and nightlife when you want it and peace and quiet whenever. With snorkeling, diving, great fishing, beautiful white sandy beaches and locals that truly are glad you are there will make your vacation one to remember. Fabulous house with views to die for!

The house was as beautiful as the description and pictures. It was spacious and the 3 master bedrooms upstairs all had en suites and walls of windows overlooking the pool and the ocean. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. I know people don’t go to Isla to watch television but we are sports fanatics and the satellite system was incredible and we had tons of channels to choose from! We definitely recommend Casa la Bella.

Casa Bella

This was a lovely property overlooking the ocean and the Cancún skyline. It was well appointed, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Portions of the island lost power for about two hours while we were there but the property had a back up generator so we were not impacted. The property manager was very responsive. We also recorded great recommendations for transportation and even a private chef. We will stay here again.

Celebrating my 70th birthday with family

Rick's home totally met all our expectations. Everyone loved the infinity pool and view. Patio was awesome to relax in the pool and patio. The outdoor table was a great size for the whole family of 7. Kitchen was large for everyone to hang or prep our meals. Bedrooms were super large and 3 of them had an ocean view with porch to walk out on. Location is very close to Punta Sur and could walk to the southern point. We loved sitting on the patio at night and star gazing along with the lights of Cancun in the distance. The turquoise water is just amazing beautiful. Only suggestion is having a chair in the bedrooms to sit on or a more comfortable chair in the living room for older people.

Beautiful views

This is a beautiful home with great views of the water and Cancun. It’s spacious and very clean. We had a minor issue with the coffee maker, management was very prompt in responding. Unfortunately it could not be resolved, but we improvised and was not a big deal. The outside area is big and can accommodate a large family. The pool is a great for relaxing and enjoying the views. The neighborhood is quiet and Punta Sur is a 3 minute walk out the door. Just one thing to consider it is 150 Pesos for a cab ride to “El Centro” one way. There is a bus thats 20 Pesos per person and it stops on the corner. We had a great stay

The pool, the views

Casa La Bella exceeded our expectations. We spent most of our time in the pool taking in the beautiful view. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which worked out great.

Delicious!

This home is on the south end of the island, away from the maddening crowds of El Centro. Still easy access via golf cart, taxi, or bike to partake in food and shopping, but we were happy staying close to home. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. We ate well, including lobster we bought from some fisherman after scrambling down the cliff from the house to the water. Great sunset views, with sunrise just a short walk away. Quiet mornings drinking coffee and staring at the sea. The best view on the island for sure! Comfortable beds, lots of space, and equipped enough to make meals at home, including the BBQ. The house manager, Isaac, was super responsive and helpful at all turns. Thank you much for sharing your beautiful home!

The house was awesome. This was the second time we stayed here in the last 15 years. The upgrades to the house are great. Would recommend this listing to anyone wanting a great vacation.

Group vacay

Everything was great except the pool. I reported it not working property when we arrived on Friday and it really wasn’t fixed until the following Thursday. So we only got to enjoy it to its fullest for one day before we had to leave. That was the only thing that was disappointing. It was a great house for our group of 3 couples. Would definitely rent it again. I hope they do a little updating of the pool and living room furniture before our next visit.

Incredible location.

My wife and I have been coming to Isla for 13 years. We brought 2 couples with us to show of the island. We were spoiled with Casa Bella. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful house!

This house is in a fantastic location near Punta Sur, and we pinched ourselves at the view every day. The property managers were responsive, friendly and helpful, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Great pool, stunning views, never wanted to leave

As one of just a handful of houses at the end of Punta Sur, at the opposite end of the island from downtown and Playa Norte, Casa La Bella was a perfect quiet getaway for our two families with young kids. With a well-appointed kitchen, large terrace, and gorgeous pool, we were happy to cook, eat, drink, and swim while looking out over the blue waters. Jennifer (concierge) and Isaac (property manager) were quick to try to address the few issues we had, and Jennifer arranged a great snorkeling trip (Fred from Ceviche Tours is the best!). The one disappointment was the 4th, non-master bedroom - it's off the kitchen on the first floor, with no view and a queen bed, but the real issues were a strong septic-system smell and a motion-activated light-sensitive light right outside the bedroom window, which could not be turned off. We piled 8 into the three bedrooms upstairs and still had a great time, but the house would be even better if the light and smell of that 4th bedroom could be addressed.

Amazing house

Casa La Bella is perfect! Pictures don’t do it justice. The pool is amazing. Everyone was so helpful and made wonderful recommendations!! We loved our time on the island and can’t wait to return!!
