Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience with us! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the beach access and loved having the porch to relax with coffee and snacks throughout your stay. We do apologize for the bugs you encountered — being in a coastal environment can occasionally bring some unwanted visitors despite regular pest prevention, but we definitely appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We truly appreciate you staying with us and would love to host you again in the future!

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the location, cleanliness of the unit, and the extra touches like additional towels and blankets. It’s great to hear you enjoyed being close to both the beach and local dining. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the noise, ice maker, and back door. We wanted to note that since your stay, the back door has been completely replaced and the refrigerator has also been replaced with a unit that includes a functioning ice maker. We’re always working to make improvements and value guest feedback as part of that process. We understand that being in a shared building environment can occasionally result in some sound transfer between units, but we appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the easy check-in process, cleanliness, responsive communication, and the outdoor deck and backyard space. It’s always great to hear guests discover and enjoy those extra touches. We also appreciate your feedback regarding beach access and the property environment. The beach access is a short 5-minute walk away which is listed in the property description, and many guests enjoy the convenience of being able to get there without needing to drive. Regarding the odor concern, the HVAC system at the property is on a preventative maintenance plan and is professionally serviced bi-annually to ensure it is functioning optimally. Due to the naturally higher humidity levels along the Gulf Coast, it is also common for properties in the area to utilize dehumidifiers as an added measure for moisture control. We also wanted to note that the dishwasher has since been replaced as part of ongoing updates to the property. Thank you again for your feedback as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

We are so sorry to hear about this, as your only communication to us was to request an early arrival. We would have done everything possible to make things better if we were given a chance. As of our 1:33pm inspection today, the ironing board was operable so we aren't sure what went wrong there. Tropical storm Bertha brought 2" of rain and 40mph winds to our area the day before you arrived. All homes in the area experienced pest intrusion but thankfully our up-to-date routine treatments did their job in killing pests that made it inside. The bed mattress was replaced on 6/27/26, less than a month prior to your arrival. We are sorry it wasn't comfortable enough, and we'll see what we can do about the couch which is only a few years old. Apologies for the shower liner; we won't upgrade those as we actually replace them for all guests rather than spraying bleach on them and calling them clean. Thank you so much for the feedback here, as all of our efforts to check in on you during your stay were ignored. Future travelers please note that our team is available 24/7 during your stay for any feedback or requests that would enhance your stay.

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the easy beach access and were able to take full advantage of morning walks, beach time, sunsets, and the nearby bike trail. It sounds like you really got to experience so much of what makes the area special. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bed and mattress. We will definitely look into upgrading the mattress to further improve guest comfort. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back for another beach getaway in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the property and its convenient location. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the odor during your stay. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we take feedback like this seriously. The HVAC system at the property is on a preventative maintenance plan and is professionally serviced bi-annually to ensure it is functioning optimally. Due to the naturally higher humidity levels along the Gulf Coast, it is also common for properties in the area to utilize dehumidifiers as an added measure for moisture control. We also wanted to note that, based on guest feedback, we have discussed additional improvements with the owner, including installing a dehumidifier system that drains directly into the condensate line to eliminate the need for manually emptying the unit and further improve moisture management within the property. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and continue to proactively monitor and maintain the property to ensure the best possible experience for future guests.

Thank you for such a wonderful and detailed review! It’s also great to hear you had a peaceful stay and were able to fully enjoy everything the area has to offer. We truly appreciate your suggestions regarding beach chairs, bikes, and additional bedroom storage. Guest feedback like this is incredibly valuable as we continue making improvements and enhancing the experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us. We’re so happy you had a great stay and look forward to welcoming you back again in the future!

Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the convenient location, easy beach and bakery access, updated décor, cleanliness, and parking. We’re also glad the early check-in opportunity and follow-up during your stay helped make your experience even better. We appreciate your feedback regarding the bed. We will be reaching out to the owner with this feedback in efforts of improving guest comfort. We also understand that being in a shared building environment can occasionally result in some sound transfer between units. Thank you again for your kind words and recommendation. We truly appreciate you staying with us and would love to welcome you back again in the future!

Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen, spacious outdoor area, and convenient location close to the beach. We’re also glad the property was comfortable and that you’d consider staying with us again. We sincerely apologize for the communication concern you experienced during your stay. We strive to be responsive and understand how important communication is, even for small requests. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bedroom layout. We understand space preferences can vary from guest to guest and appreciate you sharing your perspective for future travelers. Thank you for your thoughtful review and feedback! We’re so glad to hear the condo was a perfect fit for your getaway. We truly appreciate your suggestions regarding the electric kettle and coffee filters. Feedback like this is extremely helpful, and thank you as well for leaving the extra filters for future guests — that was very thoughtful. We also appreciate you bringing the smoke detector concern to our attention. Guest safety is our top priority, but we understand how frustrating an overly sensitive detector can be, especially early in the morning. We’ll review this with our team to ensure everything is functioning properly. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!
