My house in the heart of Keystone is close to everything. It backs up to the beautiful Snake River. The free ski shuttle pick up is just a short 2 min walk to the end of the cul de sac. Keystone ski lifts only a few minutes away!

Spectacular views of the mountains from every room of this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home backing up to the Snake River with ample room for your whole family to enjoy. Keystone Resort chairlifts are a short 5 minutes away and the house is just steps away from the free shuttle pickup.

The main floor offers a spacious sunken living room with wood-burning fireplace, cozy sunroom with an additional potbelly stove and walks out to a large deck, the kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room provides an extra-large dining table that seats 10.

The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the upper level with a Jack and Jill style bath. The first room has a queen bed and the second room has 2 separate bunk beds both with full beds up and down as well as two twin trundle beds.

The fully finished lower level provides a second living room, fireplace, full kitchen and dining room with an additional table that can seat 6. This space also provides a perfect space to curl up and watch movies on the extra roomy leather sectional that can easily sleep an additional 2 people. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and they share a full bath.

All rooms have views of the mountains and you will be so close to the Snake River that you can hear the soothing sound of the water year-round.

This home was perfect for our group! There were 14 of us and our dog and plenty of room for that size. The house was well stocked, clean, had great views, and we loved having a trail right outside by the river! Stacy was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit again soon!

We had a large group and all really enjoyed the house and the area including our canine friends. Everything worked well but 1 night the water had been turned off to the house (we think it was a city water thing). The area is beautiful and everything was convenient and still a quiet neighborhood. Stacy was a great hostess also and handled all of our requests positively. Thank You Stacy!

Amazing Property and Experience!

Annual Ski Weekend

This was our sixth annual ski trip with friends and everyone said this home was their absolute favorite. We loved the large living room and kitchen tables that allowed for us all to be together!

Amazing Ski Vacation

Our family of 9 went to Keystone for a ski trip. What an amazing trip it was…..started with Stacy’s lovely house that we rented on VRBO. We truly had a great experience staying there. Location is the BEST!! Very short drive to Mountain House. It is located in a neighborhood, so it truly feels like you are living at home. Beautiful scenery all around. The house is very spacious, comfortable beds, well stocked and very clean. All appliances (big and small) were available and fully utilized, we do a lot of cooking. Check In and check out was very easy and quick. Detailed Welcome Packet received well in advance. I cannot praise Stacy enough. She is an AMAZING host. She made us feel welcome right from the time of our booking. She was always available to answer all our questions (promptly). As the time came closer, I appreciated the phone conversation she initiated. It helped me clarify all my questions. She was always in touch with me during my trip, too, when I needed her and resolved issues right away. The HOT TUB was a blast. We used it every day!! I’ve been to homes with a hot tub but had time restrictions…. Stacy’s was available all the time. With so many people—enough towels is always my concern….No worries here. Stacy had plenty of towels for such a big group plus separate ones for Hot Tub use. I appreciated that. Best Stay. We will be back in the future again! Thanks, Stacy, for sharing your home with us.

Great fit for our family of 14

Stacy communicates proactively, ensuring our family was taken care of well, that our questions were answered, and our needs were met. My family enjoyed meals and time together in one house, blue-sky ski days, hot-tub soaking, fires in the fireplace and the wood-burning stove with abundant firewood, easy access to the Mountain House, and other adventures. We appreciated our fun ski week in Keystone!

Ski trip

Great house for multiple families! Tons of room and space for everyone, and the hot tub was great. Could use some minor repairs of kitchen fixtures and some updating, but would stay there again in a heartbeat! Shuttle system to and from the ski resort is very convenient as well.

Fantastic house!

The house was amazing. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchens (2!), great hot tub (with extra towels). Check in was so easy and Stacy was so welcoming. She provided everything we needed and more. Close to free ski shuttle bus. Perfect stay! Best

Wonderful home for a group of people

We stayed here and celebrated our friends 30th birthday! The home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need! The host was always available and answered all questions. Very clean and plenty of towels for such a big group of people! The living room was absolutely stunning as we spent so much time just hanging out there. Would definitely rent this home again!

Short drive to Keystone Resort

We were here for my sister's 40th birthday with little ones and this house was perfect. We appreciate the price of the house given it was so close to Keystone. Stacy is so sweet and was immediately available if I had any questions. There's a hot tub, we saw a moose, plenty of space for the kids to run around, and super close to ski rentals, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. I later found out that A-Basin and Loveland ski in resort wasn't too far away as well. I would definitely rent here again if I had a big party.

Keystone Visit

Perfect 40th Anniversary Weekend!

This home was absolutely perfect in every way. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, many beautiful indoor and outdoor sitting areas, a lovely family dining table that sat all 16 of us, and everything was so clean! Stacy had several small amenities in place that made the weekend very comfortable and easy for us all. She is also excellent at communicating and was always on call if we had any questions. The setting was also just perfect. We spent many fun hours playing by the river and walking on the family friendly trails. We never had to leave the house for anything. Also, for a large family, we so appreciated having two kitchens with tons of refrigerator space. Stacy, thanks for a perfect anniversary weekend!!

Wonderful summer stay!

We had a lovely family experience at Stacy’s! We especially enjoyed the views from the house and the sounds of the river. The trail along the river behind the house was an added bonus for our daily walks. The house itself provided plenty of room for our large family. The living room is a beautiful and cozy gathering place for everyone. We also enjoyed looking at the stars in the hottub each night. Thanks again!

Family time at Keystone!

A perfect girls weekend

11/10 weekend. First off, Stacy is just the sweetest. Communication was great and she provided excellent recommendations. The home is stunning and has everything for a perfect weekend. Games and TVs for nights at the house, plenty of room, beautiful decks around the house, hot tub, a trail in the back, and so much more. I recommend this to any group wanting a vacation away from regular life for a bit. I hope to stay again!

Great Home/Great Location

Stacy was a joy! Very informative with the area. We were visiting during 4th of July week and she provided things to do and things to see during our stay. The home was just perfect for our large family. Lots of space, great location and a very homely feeling. Summer in Colorado was such a blast. Would highly recommend!!

This property was an absolute delight! Family Ski Trip

My entire family enjoyed our week together in this home. We had plenty of room for our 9 adults and 5 children to enjoy the space, which is distributed on three different levels. Proximity to the (bus) shuttle provided a good option for skiers, but dropoff at Mountain House was also very convenient for a car-centric shuttle. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplaces. Stacy was responsive, attentive, and generous. Thanks for making our stay pleasant and memorable.

Located on a quiet wooded cul de sac that backs up to the Snake River this home is just steps from the free shuttle and 5 min to Keystone Ski Resort. This home provides ample space for family and friends to gather and enjoy time to relax and enjoy all this area has to offer. The home is newly furnished, and professionally cleaned and maintained, and very close to the slopes and town for shopping and restaurants.

My home is the spot for a beautiful and quiet little peace of mountain heaven! Summertime is gorgeous with so many activities. Some the highest rated area hiking trails are right out the front door. For the winter and ski season, the house about 5 minutes from the base of the Keystone Ski Resort, and it's between 10 to 15 miles from Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort, Breckenridge Ski Resort and Copper Mountain Resort and about 45 minutes to Vail Ski Resort. You can explore the entire mountain area year round from this amazing location.
