The barn built for Parkway Farms in the late 1800s once housed famous trotter winning race horses and has been restored into luxury style units. Everyday guests can enjoy morning sightings of harness racing warmups in even rain or shine directly across the street at the World`s oldest and active race track. The space is designed around the chic modern farmhouse style with the original antique beams exposed and the industrial look of the exposed spiral ductwork keeps the high tech climate controlled space comfortable.

There`s plenty of room for kids to run around on the 2 acre property and is walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and the farmers market on Fridays.

Visiting with a larger group? We have an additional 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit available upstairs for guests attending family/friends events that sleeps 11.

On-Site Parking Lot - Walking distance to restaurants, parks, ice cream stands, pubs, convenience stores. Supermarkets require a drive to, but we recommend instacart. Local Taxi or Uber available. 1.5 hour Coach USA Shortline Bus from Times Square to Goshen NY and walking distance to the property.

Orange County is one hour by car from New York City but feels worlds away! Visit one of the State Parks, Woodbury Shopping Outlets, Snow Skiing & Tubing, Wineries, Apple & Pumpkin Picking, West Point Military Academy, Storm King, White Water Rafting down the Delaware River, The Casino or a 4 Minute Drive to Legoland NY now open! Walk to local ice cream shops, restaurants, bars and the Goshen Harness Racing Museum.

We are close to the Shortline Bus Stop in Goshen To Grand Central Station. Middletown is the town next to us and offers New Jersey Transit Train Service. Stewart International Airport is local. Uber is available in the area along with local cab companies. Enterprise Rental has a location within close walking distance to the bus stop. We have on-site parking.

Please keep unnecessary noise down to a reasonable level after 10pm, for we are located in a residential neighborhood with adjoining units and guests. No pets, parties, smoking or vaping whatsoever in the building or directly outside. Any violation of the above will result in a fee of $500 for expedited cleaning services & or disrupting any other guests staying with us. You agree to these house rules upon receiving your check-in instructions prior to check-in.
