David, so sorry you were disappointed. No where is this listed as "beach front" and it is not listed as a condo, but a two-story townhome with a large back patio. As for beach access, the 3 bedroom townhome is in a row of townhomes on which the drive in front where you park literally leads to the sand. It's a two min. walk to the beach with no roads to cross, less than 1/10 of a mile to put your feet in the ocean to clarify. I have to address a few inaccuracies in your review for other renters. It is factually incorrect to say it is two blocks from the beach. These are not not blocks but rather a drive that leads to the beach path pictured with the sea oats. You are correct that in real estate sales a bedroom must have a closet, but as a vacation rental we are describing sleeping accommodations and we listed that accurately and in detail in describing room with the trundle bed that pops up to a King size in a separate closed off room with 4 walls and a door. I will make a note that the third bedroom is quite small so that you for that feedback.

We have since transformed this into a food pantry/owners closet and there is plenty of room for beach chairs and umbrellas on the front patio with the complimentary beach wagon. We often replace beach gear, but Susan must have had the unlucky chancee of catching this between replacements.
