Tuwa Shima Mountainside Cabin - Enjoy the Tranquility of the Mountains of Tabio

Beautiful cabin in the mountains of Tabio. This is the perfect escape to relax and finish that book, surrounded by nature. 5 minutes from the town by car or bus, and only 1 hour by car from Bogotá. The cabin has wonderful views of La Peña de Juaica, with a cozy lounge, double bedroom with balcony and spectacular bathroom with a glass ceiling, so you can shower surrounded by trees!

The cabin is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing break, surrounded by nature. It has its own lounge, double bedroom and bathroom, and a space to sit outside. Also it has its own natural clay water filter and coffee making facilities. You are free to explore the finca and climb the mountain where we are situated. We have our own organic vegetable garden, chickens, fruit trees and greenhouse, and we are currently developing various environmental projects here in the finca which we are happy to show you.

We offer home cooked breakfasts at a cost of $15,000 COP per person. We can cater for vegan and vegetarian diets also. We aim to offer food that is produced either by the finca, or produced locally, depending on availability. We also offer home cooked pizzas which we make in our clay pizza oven, at a cost of $30,000 per pizza (they are big and serve 2 people).
