The 46m² apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). This charming apartment comprises

Accommodation does not include parking space.

This very central location and the lively atmosphere can be a nuisance for some people, especially during the summer months (noise).

However, the alcove bedroom with glass roof overlooking the living room insulates the night area.
