This refurbished studio, very bright with lots of storage, is situated on the 2nd floor with elevator (for the 1st floor only) and consists of a living space of 15 sq. m. This modern and comfortable accommodation includes :
- a cozy living room with sofa-bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- an open equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, hotplates, fridge),
- washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- Wifi.

You will also join the Louvre in only 10 min walking. Thanks to the metro located just nearby, it will just take you a metro ride to reach all the touristic places of Paris : the Champs Elysées, the Eiffel Tower, Bastille opera, Invalides, Notre-Dame…
