Lakefront house on DEEP PART OF LAKE (Dock is always in the water), located directly across Briarcliff Marina and around the corner from Emerald Boat Ramp, which is currently open.

Sleeps 12 people comfortably in 5 bedrooms which includes 1 bunk rooms with 2 twin bunks and 2 queen bunks, 2 rooms with king beds, 2 with queen beds and has 3 bathrooms. Water view in 3 of the bedrooms, dining and living rooms. There's a laundry room, large yard, bbq area and deck with a view of the lake.

First floor of the house is all garage and has a ping pong table, foosball table, corn hole and lots of seating.

Available boat slip is 12'3x36’ and has high clearance. Closest boat ramp is around the corner on Emerald St. See Mockingbird by the Lake on Instagram.

3 NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED FOR HOLIDAY BOOKINGS.

There is Deposit Insurance or a Deposit required for any damages and we do require a copy of your current ID.

MUST BE 35 YEARS+ TO BOOK. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, NO SMOKING, NO PETS!!! Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation or end the stay early if any of these conditions are violated. Lago Vista has a 10pm noise curfew and we love and respect our neighbors.
