Loved the ocean & the view. Hated being ignored. All week we kept asking for someone to fix fan in bedroom, drawer glide in dresser, and towel rod in bathroom. What do you do with a wet towel when the rod is broken? And they KNEW it was broken before we arrived.

Not for kids

Well if you have kids under 5. Do not stay. Balcony doors do not lock. No inside lock on main door. So anytime during night if your young one wakes up and wonders around condo they could open up balcony door that doesnā€™t lock and end up outside. Or fall off balcony. Front door had no inside lock. So child could barely touch handle and wind from breeze way swings door open. So your child could be locked out all night. 3 out of the 5 nights we had to park 2,1 miles away because parking was full. Even though told we had two spots. Only needed one. Didnā€™t even get that. Would not stay here again. Worst part one weā€™ve had out of last 10 places weā€™ve stayed. We were asked when our stay was over. And then told oh it would be after that before they could fix issues Best answer we got was we are sorry. Hope you had a good stay. We let them know issues within an hour of checking in. No one came to look at anything til next day. And we were told that.

April Getaway

Lei Lani is an older condominium, but I was well pleased with it. Our 2 bedroom condo was clean, comfortable,and tastefully decorated. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a taller toilet, which was a definite plus. Drinking coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in was relaxing and made for a perfect vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here. It needs some TLC but it was very clean and the location was excellent. The check in and check out process was easy. We would stay here again!

Everything was great Iā€™d say my only complaint is the people renting the blue chairs and umbrellas consume the entire front of the beach directly in front of the condo so get ur stuff setup early and do not leave your beach chairs unattended for any length of time, the beach patrol guy with take your stuff and throw it in the city dumpā€¦ you will not get it back

Perfect view

We had the best time, the view from the balcony and main bedroom, kitchen , living room were all amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with a keurig and coffee maker, plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The main bedroom was perfect and the bed was super comfy, we didnā€™t use the 2nd bedroom but expect it to be great too. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

404T was a very cute condo, it was decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable for a good night's rest. It had a regular coffee maker and a Keurig which was perfect. We didn't cook, but there were plenty of dishes and cookware and were of good quality. The fridge was big enough and was nice and cold. We loved the balcony as well, there are a few loose tiles so be careful for that. They have remodeled the master bath and the guest bath could use a better shower head and toilet. Overall this condo is absolutely wonderful. We have stayed in 3 different units in Lei Lani... it's my favorite place to stay in Orange Beach.

Getaway trip

The condo was nice and clean. Close to stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was nice and short. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Look forward to staying again.

The good and the bad

The condo itself was great and the location was perfect. However, the parking is not great, the elevators are scary/sketchy, and you better be out the door by check out time because the cleaning people will be on your behind 5 mins before you check out.

Beach vacation

This property has limited parking. We had a very hard time getting parked onsite. We did not have enough towels toilet paper trash bags and paper towels. I donā€™t mind bringing paper goods if I know ahead of time. The comforter in the master bedroom had animal hair all over.

Great Location and clean!

We loved our stay at Lei Lani Tower 4. Could use some cosmetic touch ups for the price but not a huge deal. Overall it was great and clean! Great beach location! Not as crowded as other areas that we seen. Elevator was quick! Beach umbrella company take up all of the front row spots but you can go to the end of the building and put up your own tent or to the second row. The Rectangle pool stays warm because itā€™s in the sun all day but it has great shaded area by pool side. We didnā€™t go across the street to the other pool or tennis courts. Indoor pool was nice to be in the AC and swim with no sun. Not walkable for food but close by car. Elevator was quick! No recycling. Could use some more silverware. We only had 3 people but if we had more it could have been an issue. Plenty of pots and pans and mixing bowls and dishes! None of the negatives impacted us greatly but being honest to help others and not deal breakers for us. We would totally come back!

Reason I would not recommend

The elevators were very sketchy when you call for some type of assistance never could get anyone and we stayed from Saturday until Thursday came in from eating at night No parking could not find a parking spot. The website says two parking spots for each condo. That is wrong. There was no parking so we had to park in a place that was not designated for parking then got a warning then advised we shouldā€™ve parked across the four-lane on another one of their properties which we had no idea they even owned that property and we pay this kind of money to stay somewhere. There should be appropriate parking. Unless you want to deal with these issues I do not recommend staying here.The guy that was over maintenance was not friendly and when I addressed the parking issues he said I do t know what to tell you about the parking. Really!!!! If you pay that kind of money you should have parking.
