Your 2 Bed, 2 Bath + Den in a 950' sq. Condo awaits you in Toronto's new Southcore Downtown neighborhood. Floor to Ceiling Windows to the West & North provide amazing wrap-around views of the CN Tower, Roundhouse Historical Park, Lake Ontario, and downtown Toronto. We have a fully furnished Primary Bedroom with a new King Bed & Private Bathroom with a walk-in closet. The 2nd. The bedroom has 2 Single Beds opposite the Condo for privacy. The spare full Bathroom is separately located near the front hallway. There is a Den you'll love with a unique wrap-around view and a comfortable Chair/Bed for 1. Relax in or out with a drink with your loved one or friends, watching the sunset over the lake or behind the CN Tower. Then enjoy your home-cooked meal from the fully equipped kitchen or dine out at fabulous restaurants within 10 minutes. Our Condo is quiet and peaceful before you turn in for the night. In the morning, you can swim in our 80 F. Indoor Pool 365 days per year, work out in our Health Club, take a Sauna, then borrow a book from our Library. Covered parking in secure spot 15 steps from the elevator door. ESPN No.1 rated N America Sports Bar 2 Blocks East, & Longos Gourmet Supermarket. Our Condo is only 16 floors, with fewer residents and fast elevators than our 36-plus-floor neighbors with long waits with more residents in the building.
Condo upgrades include a marble entrance, Brazilian cherry wood, granite, or New Porcelain tile floors among the eight rooms, stainless appliances, dual climate controls & Leather furniture. An all-inclusive rate with basic cable on 40" HD TV, VOIP local phone free long distance to N America, Super Hi-speed WI-FI (secure) & washer dryer combo unit. Top location in downtown Toronto & steps to the underground world, shopping (supermarket two blocks), financial district, theater district, restaurants, and all Downtown Toronto offers. Toronto, your World Class city, awaits you.
Easy self-check-in and out. Bookings are confirmed with a reservation number and an authorized fee (not charged) with your credit card to hold your dates. "Ask the Manager a Question"!
We do need a min. stay of six months.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Nice apartment lay out.

Really great location with a grocery store a block away. Pretty quiet at night. Good comfortable beds. We enjoyed the gym even though it is basic. Hot tub was cold. We would stay again.

Can't Find A Better Play To Stay!!

This condo is located in the perfect place to see and enjoy all that Toronto has to offer. Only a few blocks from Union Station that will take you directly to the airport if you wish, across the street from the Metro Convention Center, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium and much more. The condo itself is real modern, clean and really safe. You have private parking if you need it and many amenities to enjoy. The view from the balcony at night is absolutely stunning! The balcony is also a good place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I'll be returning to Toronto again in the fall or spring and will definitely see if this condo is available. The owner is great to work with as well and that always makes traveling easier. Thanks Chris!

Great Location and Great Stay

We stayed at the condo in June 2016 and had a great time. There were 4 of us including a 4 and 6 year old and everything went smoothly. For the activities we wanted to do, I don't think we could have beaten the location. Ripley's Aquarium and CN tower are right across the street. We walked to the ferry for Centre Island and only had a short walk to the subway to get to the Royal Ontario Museum. Similarly, we could easily walk to restaurants, the grocery store, and other shopping. The only time our car left the garage was to go to the zoo. Inside, the condo was spotless. Check in and check out were easy and convenient. The check in instructions did feel a little overwhelming at the beginning, but made total sense when we arrived. We enjoyed having the balcony to eat outside and people watch. I felt the noise levels in the condo were great. As with any city location there is some outside noise, but it never woke us or the kids. When we go back to Toronto, we will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you for a great time.

Perfectly comfortable stay in beautiful Toronto

This was our 4th stay at Chris & Raquel's condo. They have the whole process down -- communication beforehand and during our stay, check-in, check-out, parking -- it's all perfectly well thought-out. The condo itself is clean and well-stocked. This year, we used the 3rd bedroom as an office, but in year's past, a member of our party has used that room as a bedroom and the daybed worked out just fine. The view out of every window provides a nice splash of drama, particularly at night. Two bathrooms are a blessing for parties of 3 or more, comfy living room with plenty of seating for 4 or 5 after long days of walking the Toronto streets. As others have said, proximity to everything, including the fantastic Luongo's supermarket with its fully-stocked salad and hot bars. Can't say enough good things about the condo, or about Chris and Raquel as hosts. Thanks for another great Toronto vacation. Be back next year!

Condo Living, Like a True Torontonian!

Chris' condo was superb! My husband and I took our 2 grandchildren to Toronto for a week and the condo is in an excellent location. Minutes away from so many attractions and close to public transit, makes it so simple to make your way around the 6. Check in is so easy, there are many suggestions for shops and amenities nearby, Chris really thought of everything, such a great host! Chris was even nice enough to leave a few food items just in case we did not have time to shop when we first arrived. If we ever stay in Toronto again, I would definitely stay at the condo.The view from the condo was spectacular, it was so much more than we expected! It was so homey that my 7 year old granddaughter unpacked and was all settled in within the first 10 minutes. Thank you so much for making this vacation the trip of a lifetime!

Best location

This is a great location, both for views and nearness to attractions etc. Check in and out is very straightforward, and the parking was easy to access even with a large vehicle. We would stay again.

The condo location is great. It is small but worked for the 4 of us. It was basically clean but some burned out bulbs. Instructions for getting the keys and what is needed for checkout could have been written much better. We would stay there again.

Great location with great amenities!

We could walk everywhere! Couldn't have asked for a better location. Beds were comfortable and we had a view of the CN tower. As a woman traveling alone with my children, having a parking spot in the building gave me peace of mind. We would stay again.

The greatest location with stunning views from every room. Sleeps 4-5 very comfortably. Clean, well thought out furnishings and nicely stocked kitchen/linens. And an underground parking spot is a great bonus. We'd definitely stay again perhaps to enjoy the views in summer.

Great Downtown Location

We liked the views of downtown Toronto. We were central to all the sights we wanted to visit. Would be wonderful for business people in financial district. We would recommend. The coffee shop (Aroma) was convenient as were a number of good restaurants. The Ripley Aquarium was the best we have visited. The CN tower is at your front door.

Great Condo - Wonderful Location - Beautiful View

We stayed in September 2018. My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed this condo. It is conveniently located to many attractions, stores, shopping and a great place to stay when exploring Toronto. Relaxing on the balcony at night, taking in the views, was a great way to end each day. We had an issue with the WiFi and Chris was very responsive and helped resolve the issue. Chris was easy to work with and very professional, and made renting this condo easy. The condo is clean, modern and well stocked. Having a secured garage to park our car in was a big plus. And the parking space is just steps from the elevator. We throughly enjoyed our trip to Toronto. I highly recommend this condo, we would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place and will absolutely stay again

This apartment is a fantastic, centrally located, very clean and well-situated option for your stay in Toronto. The location, being right next to the CN Tower, Convention Centre and more, was fabulous. There is a good coffee shop just downstairs and several other eateries right on the same block. The owner is caring, called to check on us because we were delayed, wanted to make sure everything was okay and that we weren't having trouble getting in. The apartment layout is great, with the bedrooms separated by the living area. The furniture is clean and well-kept, the kitchen is clean and welcoming to use. (This is super important to me when I rent an apartment) The view out every window is awesome! We enjoyed a glass of wine after a hard days' work, sitting on the lovely deck with 180 degree view encompassing, the lake, the moon, sunset, the CN Tower, streetlife below. So fun. The owners send out very easy-to-follow instructions for parking, checking in, etc. Simple. Chris, thank you again. We will be back!

Perfect location, ideal for families

A fantastic apartment literally across the road from the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre. We couldn't have chosen a better location for our stay in Toronto. The den with the extra bed proved a huge hit allowing both our daughters to have their own room which was an added bonus. Having the underground car parking was great for the days we hired a car to explore further afield. Easy to contact Chris with any queries and check in/check out process was simple and straightforward. Would book again without any hesitation.

Clean and comfortable !

We had a great stay in this condo! The location was very convenient with beautiful views of the city. Beds were comfortable and the overall condo was very clean and well maintained. Included underground parking was close to the elevator. We also found the kitchen to be very well stocked with everything we needed.

Amazing location. Everything at your finger tips. Views incredible. All the comforts you need in the condo. Weather you eat in or out. Grocery store has good selection. Could not have gotten a better choice. Highly recommend.

Great location right in the center of things

The property was well equipped and a great location. The master with ensuite was very comfortable and the second room with two singles was very comfortable. Amazing views at night and central to everything right in the center of the downtown core.
