Welcome to Paradise! 1310 is located in building 1 of Maravilla with a view of the beach! The private beach is only a short walk away! This beautifully decorated condo has been carefully accentuated with everything to make your vacation experience one you won't forget. This wonderful condo offers two bedrooms, a bunk room and two full baths. You will experience all the comforts of home while you are visiting. This condo offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen T.V., and newly renovated bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, flat screen T.V., and newly renovated bathroom. The third room is a bunk room with a flat screen T.V. The living room has a queen size sofa bed for extra accommodations and a flat screen T.V.. The kitchen has been stocked with all the necessities you will need while on vacation. The dining table seats six for entertaining. There is a stack-able washer and dryer for added convenience. The balcony has comfortable seating so you can sit, relax and enjoy the view!

We know your pets are part of your family and we want to extend our home to them as well. We welcome dogs with approval from management. Please inquire when booking with what type, how many and size.

This rental comes with complimentary beach service including FOUR chairs and TWO umbrellas (unbelievable deal!) with each reservation during the season (March 15th - October 30th). There are two pools and a hot tub located within the resort. One pool is beach side and the other one is in the middle of the resort. Maravilla also offers tennis courts, basketball goals, a shuffleboard court, pickleball, and a small fitness area. Charcoal grills are located beside each pool. There is a walking/running/bike trail along Scenic Gulf Dr. that attracts many especially in the morning hours.

Maravilla is conveniently located in a prime area for all activities in Destin and the surrounding area! There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Shopping, golf, and much much more are also right around the corner!!

There is a binder located in the condo with information on menus, activities, and other helpful tips.

When booking this property it is imperative that you tell us a little bit about yourself and the party that is traveling with you. We will not honor your reservation without this information. If you are booking a pet friendly home/condo please specify what type of pet you would like to bring (breed and size). Please keep in mind that PETS are NOT allowed on the beach!

This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.
